We chose this hotel for a 4-day vacation (2 families with 2 children each) to visit Padua, Venice, and the
Venetian Villas area. The hotel is charming, very well-maintained, very clean, convenient with parking and nearby dining options, and spacious, quiet rooms. The staff was super friendly and available to answer all our questions. Thank you all so much for making our stay perfect! What can I say? The beds were incredibly comfortable, the breakfast was average for a 3-star hotel. Overall, we're super satisfied and absolutely recommend this hotel.
For those who want to visit the surrounding area, both couples and families. It's also an excellent base for Venice because it's very close to the Fusina terminal, which connects Venice in half an hour, with a ferry every hour. Everything was top-notch!

The place is beautiful, both inside and out, featuring a lovely garden with a pool, surrounded by green trees. The hotel is run by truly kind people who put their heart and soul into their work. A well-deserved 5-star rating.

The room was very clean, breakfast was excellent and the staff were professional and very friendly. We stayed very well. The structure has internal parking. 3 km away is the train station for Venice.

Lovely property on the outskirts of Venice with a pool to chill. The family were lovely and always on hand for any help & questions we had. A little further out from Venice than we thought but worth the bus journey for the private secluded facilities. Beautiful hotel and definitely worth a visit.

Good morning guys, for those who want to go to Venice this hotel 🏨 it's convenient it has the bus nearby we arrived by train and therefore not motorized. The owners were very kind and available for anything even providing information before leaving. The location is good near the Brenta where there are many villas as a backdrop. Everything described is real beautiful the room and the swimming pool for a bit of relaxation. I recommend it to everybody. We will definitely be back we had a great time 😍😍😍❤️❤️. Greetings to the always smiling owners.
