For a hotel, it has no other advantages except cleanliness. There is no refrigerator, no hot water kettle, and no hot water for guests. The hotel also does not allow guests to use their own kettles.
Staying in this hotel in a cold winter is definitely the worst decision!!!
I do not recommend it. If you stay at this hotel, you will definitely regret it! ! ! !

We booked it at Booking for two days and it cost 500€. First impression: good if we are comparing to other reviews on Google Maps. We Self Checked in and received our card. Two cards for... two rooms? Yes, on booking you can not book one room for three people, but you must book two rooms. Even better, right? But they don't give you two cards for one room and doors outside are on thak keycard. Luckily, we had another card for another room. Without it, we wouldn't come in the room or even in the hotel. The receptionist stops working at 20:00, but that is okay for me. The elevator is, umm, old. Someone who was with me was "late" to come in the elevator, so he gave his leg between doors and the actual elevator part. His leg was stuck between, so I managed to press the open button. Doors loudly crashed 🫣. Rooms are nice and warm. We prepared tea at the reception by the sink, which has an option to give boiling water in a cup. Breakfast was very good, I recommend toast with cheese, salami, then currant juice, yogurt Bianco, and empty croissants. Good experience.
Ps: Car was so cold in the morning that my Coca-Cola was literally frozen! (Picture included)

Location extremely convenient and great hotel. We were traveling with bikes and it was just perfect.

The staff is incredibly good. We had a personal issue and they went the extra mile to solve it! Big thanks!

It is a hotel right on the highway. With these expectations, we booked the hotel and were not disappointed. We followed the directions we received when making the reservation/booking and were then unfortunately a bit lost because currently (summer 2023) there are some construction sites at the highway exit. The closed roads and detours have made us very uncertain. The idea to simply call the hotel, never occurred to us (of course) and we had to drive a detour: the way 'from the other side' to the hotel was very well signed. We are not sure how long the construction site has been there or if it is always the case that you have to drive through a parking lot, but that might be something that could be made clearer on the directions.

We received a very warm and friendly welcome. We really appreciated that our stressed mood after the long drive was responded to with such friendliness, and we felt very well received and taken care of.

The rooms were very clean and neatly decorated. There was a vending machine for snacks and drinks, which was unfortunately somewhat empty at the time we were there (possibly other guests simply already cleaned it out).

We especially liked that there is a small self-service tea kitchen in the reception area: you can make your own tea 24h a day, get fresh glasses and refill drinking water. The rooms were very quiet. We really liked the buffet breakfast: There was a large selection, some fresh fruit and sweet pastries. It's worth paying the extra for breakfast when you book.

The only thing that was a bit inconvenient was that we misunderstood that there was a restaurant DIRECTLY in the hotel. This is not the case. However, there are restaurants in the village itself, but you have to leave the hotel again for that. It would have helped us if this had been better apparent in the information when booking: pictures and references to the restaurant can be misinterpreted.

The general location, along the route from Austria into Italy, is great. The hotel is located in front of a truck stop, though, which is not so great. The 24/7 check-in service works neatly.

When we arrived at 10 pm, our room had no electricity or lights. The reception was closed, and although there was a phone number for emergency use, we did not reckon our issue of that level of severity. We'll manage without light or electricity, we thought. The next morning, after a wonderful breakfast, we received an extensive apology for the lack of electricity/lights, and much thoughtfulness on how to resolve this issue further.

The rooms in general are very spacious and tidy. The beds are nice, the softness was too our liking. The shower was good, yet the drain was a little clogged.

All in all, we think that this is a good option for people passing along.

Very clean, but near the truck parking anyway room are well isolated, when u arrive after 9Pm there is nobody at the reception and u have to check in using the automatic kind of check in...which is not so easy to understand after long trip u made. The price is not cheap. This hotel is ok for one night stay and then continue your trip

Bad: the receptionist was useless, we came here on the 30/08 asked for the touristic office and some information to start our trip to Dolomitas and she didn’t want to give any bare minimum information

The location is also bad, in front of a truck parking lot.

The balconies are connected across the rooms so are not actually balconies only an exterior corridor.

The only positive thing was the breakfast, was OK

Next to a giant truck parking lot. Constant noise from idling truck engines. Opening the window makes it impossible to sleep with the noise. Charged more than advertised. Slow wifi.

Everything amazing, room, breakfast, customer support, views from hotel and proximity to the motorway. Last but not least, the accept babies. 200% recommended
