B&B Gildo Hotel in Trani

The room at the price of € 55 is not even worth 30 it is humid is a low and the bathroom is incommentable, it looks like a bathroom with an outdoor shower and only people 1.50 cm tall can stay in it (we are in the Piazza Mazzini area). I immediately contact Francesco who offers me, at the same price, the room defined Superior, it is a room that needs to be completely refreshed: dull gray colors, various points of questionable cleanliness, it is not welcoming at all and the care you expect from an owner is lacking, and that makes your stay something to remember.
There is a kitchenette, but no water comes out of the tap and it is impossible to turn on a stove to make coffee or tea. The kitchen doors even have a padlock.
Furthermore, no one has indicated to us the possibility of using a WiFi network.
Little attention, little care.
We will not go back, I would not recommend it.
The breakfast, included, is in a nice bar overlooking the harbor, but far too far to walk.
Francesco is kind, but a lady takes care of everything.
Also, like many, it does not accept electronic payments and we have not received any receipts.

Good location, the only good thing. The heating was broken, the services (kitchen) not available, very intrusive (the father of the owner enter in the room without ringing!). We have been all the night without heating (outside was -3 degrees). The owner asked me 2 days before to delete the reservation not to pay the commissions of the broker (Agoda) and then, even though we had been without heating, he gave us no discount. He don't answer to the phone. Bad experience, definitely not suggested.
