We booked this property through Booking.com.
Before booking, I had read that dogs were allowed, although I forgot to include this in the request. Booking.com specified that a surcharge could apply, but honestly, we weren't expecting €30 for a single night for a small dog (a poodle), considering we arrived at 7:30 PM and left at 8 AM.

The surcharge was requested in cash, without a receipt, because "the POS wasn't working." To avoid unnecessary arguments, especially since we had a small, travel-weary child with us, we paid and simply asked to go to our room.

The room we booked was a family suite, consisting of two separate double bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Instead, we were assigned a simple quadruple: a single room with a double bed and two single beds, completely different from what we had booked.

When we reported the problem, we were told that it was Booking.com's fault for "miscommunicating the room," even though our reservation clearly stated it was a family suite. Their initial solution? Pay an additional €80 to get the correct room, with no willingness to accommodate us.

After over an hour of discussions and phone calls, they finally agreed to assign us the correct room at no additional cost.

A truly unpleasant experience, one I'd never had before, especially when booking through a reputable platform like Booking.com.

Very cute hotel to stay at. I really liked the bed and balcony area. We enjoyed the breakfast and the neighborhood. Super easy to get around and very peaceful area. Would definitely stay there again if we happened to be in the area.

We stayed at this B&B from August 24 to August 27, 2025. We booked two double rooms. When we arrived, the girl who welcomed us, Maria, was very kind and helpful, both in her welcome and in the way she explained the little rules to us. During our stay, she also gave us tips on places to visit. The B&B is located a few kilometers from the Safari Zoo and other nearby towns.
The girl Anna who takes care of breakfast was very kind. Every morning, she prepared a generous breakfast of croissants, tarts, cakes, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, and much more. Everything was well-organized and, above all, clean. The corridors and rooms always smell fresh.
The rooms are very clean, especially the bathrooms. The showers are shiny, and the floors and corridors are always spotless, thanks to Irene. The air conditioning worked perfectly, I felt right at home. And that only happens when people put their heart into their work. I recommend it.

We stayed at this B&B, checking in on August 14th and checking out the next morning. First of all, if you're planning on arriving by car, you'll have to try and find parking in the surrounding square. We had trouble with a medium-sized car. Although the building appears very nice (the smell is everywhere, the furnishings are new and you can tell, the air conditioning works well), it actually disappointed immediately after self-check-in. An hour after our arrival (around midnight), a group of guests, our age, who were going out to party, literally started a party in the breakfast room: music, alcohol, and a loud speaker. Now, I didn't feel like saying anything; they had just as much right to use the common room as I did. What I realized was absurd was the complete—and I mean complete—lack of staff, even on the night of August 14th-15th, when everyone is known to be out partying, and they'll have to come back. Luckily, the guys didn't heed a sign (posted everywhere) requesting silence, but they left around 2:00, and we were able to get some sleep. If it had ended there, my review would be pointless. The next morning, the breakfast table was half what you'd expect when you pay €130 for a night. We settled in at 9:20; now, being a professional, I can't and don't want to blame the girl who kindly kept us company during what was left of a B&B breakfast. However, it's true that she herself informed us that, since they were "numbered to avoid waste," the croissants were sold out (someone must have eaten two).

All this to say: if you're looking for a place to stay for a night, and intend to wake up in a hurry and compete to see who can eat the last croissant first, this is the perfect place. For peace of mind, I'd definitely recommend looking elsewhere.

Delightful place with charming and helpful staff

02.05.2023 Danilo

Very welcoming B&B, clean comfortable and spacious rooms. The only flaw, unfortunately, is the parking, otherwise it would be 5-star. VERY nice and polite staff. Highly recommended

Excellent structure
Impeccable and very welcoming staff
Perfect rooms
The only flaw but due to the position of the structure is the parking but otherwise excellent

02.09.2022 Viviana

The entire structure is furnished in an essential and refined way, it is clean and spacious. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful, a tasty treat to start the day. The staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful.
