The hotel was very good and clean. But the surroundings were not so clean, there was rubbish and garbage everywhere on the street. And it was very far from the center.

I have been with you many many times. Staff is just great and I have no complaints. Yet, I would like to suggest to put some kartons of juice on the table for breakfast - the machine you have delivers really poor quality drinks for breakfast is my view. But again, thank you for this time.

Summer stays at Villa Luisa We stayed again after a week in Tuscany and again found the staff super friendly and helpful. It is a short distance from the airport so very convenient. The beach nearby is a plus.

The bar tender was amazing, we didnt get his name, but he was the best for our morning breakfasts. It was unfortunate that there were large party bookings every night of our stay so we couldnt enjoy the restaurant, but the service and staff were great. Stayed here as a solo traveler. Had a wonderful experience, the staff was so kind. The woman who makes coffee in the morning brought it to my table and remembered my order. The food was delicious and the room was comfortable. I will definitely stay there again!!!

La tripergola was the best hotel we stayed in the whole Italy. If you go by car or taxi is easy to get there, if you by train or bus is a little more tricky but still worth it if you have time. Beware - The only access to the property is through a locked street level door. The rooms are located on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator. The staircase is very steep to ascend/descend, very difficult & dangerous to navigate with heavy luggage. The AC worked very poorly. The property manager did not physically show up at the property during my two night stay.

Excellent B&B very well located in the heart of Baia. Absolutely perfect for my purposes as a base for diving with a local dive shop and touring the Baia archaelogical park. Great room size, comfortable bed, good internet, friendly breakfast option. Host was communicative and helpful. Strongly recommend.

Its a nice hotel in a prime location, right on the waterfront of Baia. The rooms are large, with a full bathroom and kitchen en-suite, and there is air conditioning in each unit, its very clean too. Some of the difficulty is that the WIFI did not work (even after rebooting it), the TV was not connected to any service (not even local channels for news), there were a lot of mosquitos, the check-out time...

Happened upon on my motorcycle journey to the heel of Italy. So hot and tired at this stage from camping out and well surprised at how good and opulent the hotel is and a reasonable price. Traffic noise is problematic for me [I absolutely hate it and it is EVERYWHERE, but no villages in this part of the world] Italy is very crowded. It is spotlessly clean and the staff are very good.

This is a tranquil location yet in the center of wonderful mid-level Pozzuoli. Parking is a very important plus to this part of Italy and our vehicle has always been secure. You can walk to restaurants, shops, a Roman colosseum, the port area, and public transportation. Staff are great, as well.

It's a cute residence but if you need something like a rack to hang clothes on the balcony they say they'll give it to you and they actually won't. Didn't replace toilet paper when finished. Everything else works fine and is well kept. The location is quite close to the train station, grocery store, restaurants, café and also to the centre of Pozzuoli. I had a very nice stay overall.

The hotel is in a beautiful location. We did not receive a free shuttle to the airport or wifi (after requesting it 3 times). There was a private function just under where our room was that played loud music until midnight. Too bad their customer service was so bad this could have been an amazing hotel. I would never recommend anyone to book here.

Nice hotel. However, I was led to believe the hotel was close to the airport. It is at least 20 minutes from the airport. I did not realize this hotel was so far away from the city center of Naples. It costs €100-€120 take a taxi into Naples. This hotel does provide you a beautiful view of you with a beautiful view of the sea, including a beautiful view of the island of Capri.

The food was good both for dinner and breakfast. The view was also excellent but the staff made all the difference. They were polite and over-the-top helpful. We have no reservations about recommending the hotel. We will use them again.
