Hotel Villa Luisa

First impressions count and even though we were very late to book in, the staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Breakfast was large and lavish. The sauna and baths were a lovely surprise! A great experience!

we were a group of 17 people. EVERY thing was perfekt. The staff - The rooms - the breakfast - the location and especially the hospitality.

We booked this via love holidays for 5 days. Although love holidays advertised it as Naples, it’s actually in Pozzuoli. The accommodation is very clean, staff are very helpful and polite. The highlight is just a 3 minutes walk to the public beach and a 5-7 minutes walk to a private beach (£9 for a sunbed and £4 for an umbrella). The train station is also a 3 minutes walk away which is very convenient. There is also a supermarket 7 minutes walk away and restaurants at the doorstep. The taxi from the airport charges a huge amount but if you contact the hotel, they can send a taxi (we found out after paying €100 for a €50 ride).

A lovely hotel. Clean, well run, affordable. Across the road to the beach and railway station. Several good restaurants.nearby.

The hotel was well situated in the town close to restaurants. Trattoria Rita was a 10 minute walk and the food was excellent

Hotel Villa Luisa was a great hotel! The staff was very helpful, the rooms were very clean, and the outdoor terrace sitting areas were very nice! We would definitely stay here again! It's a very lovely hotel! Close to the Lucrino Train Station, which you can take to get to Napoli Centrale Train Station. (Lucrino to Montesanto, change trains at Montesanto to Napoli Centrale)!

I got married to my Italian fiancé in August 2023. We were recommended the Vila Luisa Hotel for my family and friends from Ireland to stay in as it was close to the wedding venue/church etc. We went back and forth the months and weeks leading up to the wedding as we decided to go ahead and block book a number of rooms. Any questions, or queries were dealt with if not the day I sent an email, latest the day after with incredible helpful information. Even asking if we could organise buses for our guests to get here and there for dinners and outings as a group before and after the wedding. Most of the ladies that travelled on my side (the bride) got there hair done the morning of the wedding as Martina the manager of Vila Luisa organised for them. Every encounter be it over the phone, email or in person was wonderfully easy, enjoyable and dealt with the up most highest of customer service. All of the staff were so lovely from front of house, bar, waiting and housekeeping. There was such fun, smiles and jokes all around on the Vila Luisa. The rooms were fabulous, very airy and spacious but warm and welcoming, modern yet Italian charm. The breakfast was delightful with plenty of choice, and lovely little outdoor areas to sit dotted around if you wanted to bring your coffee outside to enjoy it in the early morning Neapolitan sunshine. I think all of my family and friends would say they would choose the Vila Luisa every time. If we don’t stay with my now husbands family I will be staying in the Vila Luisa, it was just wonderful. It’s very central to many places, plus the beautiful beach across the road makes the air a bit more breathable when it gets extremely hot in the height of the Summer in Napoli. This review is not by any means exaggerative or bias, it was honestly such a wonderful experience being there this Summer and I really just want to say a massive thank you to Martina, there was nothing too crazy or out of the way we asked for she was incredible. We stayed at this hotel a few years ago... It has exceptional value for money... I remember we had a package with an overnight stay, free spa and breakfast for 90 euros... For a booking made through booking. It is not in an exceptional location because it is far from the center, but I still highly recommend it.

I stayed 02/14/2021, I had an unforgettable Valentine's Day, beautiful structure, very clean, rooms sanitized, with lots of stamps on the door, they pampered us for the entire stay, I bought a complete Valentine's Day package that included entry to thermal baths (furnaces of Nero) overlooking the sea, prosecco, sweets and a romantic dinner, dinner took place in their very beautiful and characteristic restaurant, I want to add one thing regarding the dinner, since all the special events there are fixed manu with a choice of sea and sushi , having many food intolerances, very professionally and friendly changed the menu with more lactose free desserts. The next morning, enjoy a buffet breakfast with a wide choice of options, from a classic croissant and cappuccino to an American breakfast with bacon and scrambled eggs. As for the very affordable prices, congratulations to the structure and the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, I will definitely return.

We stayed 2 nights in this structure, we felt spoiled by the staff, always attentive to all needs (receptionist and breakfast staff), the location is excellent and also the electric bike service (free) with which you can easily reach the two neighboring lakes and the famous “furnaces of Nero”. This area deserves a special mention due to the countless attractions such as the archaeological site of Kuma, the castle or the sunken park located right in front of the hotel.
