Definitely not a 4 star hotel, it's really basic, no WiFi in rooms, no fridge with anything in, no spa or pool or anything to do here in the evenings. The rooms are clean but the bathroom's pretty grim. The walls are very thin, we can hear the next room's telly like it's in our room. You can hear people in the hallway very clearly. Breakfast is basic too, with a selection of breakfast meats and cheese, not fresh pastries and a crappy coffee machine with no fresh coffee. Not 4 star at all. One of the staff members is really nice and helpful one of the receptionists is rude and doesn't talk really. Has shampoo and body wash sachets, a tiny soap and 1 shower cap in the bathroom which isn't ideal.

The area is not very pedestrian friendly, it's also a pain to get to anywhere via public transport as no one knows when the buses will turn up. You kinda need a car but the traffic during spring to summer months is heavy and driving is chaotic to say the least. The beach is really nice though with lots of bars etc and music.

I’m still awaiting the email to get my refund because I never stayed there at all . Room smells and the twin size bed in the room was dirty way too low like for a kindergarten. No normal American tourist will stay there

Stayed for 14 nights. Good value for money. Rooms cleaned every day. Staff very helpful especially Juliano . What a guy showing us where to go

Very dated and in need of repairs. No pool no garden terrace. Breakfast was limited bread stale, cakes stale and staff watching you constantly making you very uncomfortable would not return.

I can't understand the bad reviews for this hotel , it has everything except a pool to which you most definitely don't need . There is a stunning beach less than ten min walk from hotel with a pool too that the hotel do a discount on (5 euro for a lounger and pool for the day ) you can't beat that . Best thing it's away from the tourist traps i.e local restaurants don't rip you off . Yes I will attimid the hotel is a bit outdated but rooms are spacious,clean and most importantly very safe . Naples is twenty mins in a taxi (60 euro) or one hour on a bus , it's worth the stay especially if you want Naples and the quiet less tourist traps at the same time .

AVOID AVOID , the worst possible hotel ever, staff very rude especially at reception, We had breakfast included, no options and very poor in quality, they taking the food away before breakfast hours are finished. We bought some water and ice cream charged on the room overpriced and we found out at the end They stopped the AC when we was away, the fridge was on minimum and they took out the button for not being able to turning higher They took ours passports without our consent, they was scared that we not gonna pay for the water and ice creams. The worst experience ever!!!!

Location is a €100 taxi ride from naples
Staff were freindly and room was clean but dated
Location is in a pretty rough area but the nearby beach is lovely.
3star would probably be more accurate description

We stayed in this hotel, very clean and comfortable, we were disappointed by the breakfast and the indifference of the staff, Mrs. Leila was truly fantastic, very kind and smiling, she welcomed us in an elegant way and we found her at the check out with an unparalleled professionalism. Thank you

Poor description of hotel location to naples and amenities
Staff very helpful simple breakfast but plenty choose from Inc cake.
Shower mount broken no cold fridge if using shower same time other occupants shower goes cold, air con not in use 26c heat. TV in italian taxi 60 euro to naple 1 way bus 3-5each way metro easy once familiarise routes. Restaurants around corner from hotel from cafe to fancy restaurant to sushi buffet...
