Highly recommended! A 10-minute walk takes you to the beautiful beach, with all the shops nearby and a stroll along the seafront. The staff was very patient and helpful! We had a small dog who was welcomed! The room was equipped with everything, even a small fridge. We'll be back!

This morning we left the hotel, I can only compliment all the staff Cristina, Eleonora, Paolo and Tommaso are truly uniquely kind. Clean rooms and towel change every day. Excellent breakfast and breakfast for celiacs obviously on request. I will definitely be back ☺️

Beautiful hotel, very generous breakfast, beautiful rooms, exceptionally clean, fantastic receptionist, kind and helpful with everything, very convenient location, just steps from the sea and supermarkets, close to the promenade.

After 5 years in an apartment this year we chose to stay for our holidays at the Hotel Baia del Cigno, chosen thanks to the fact that they accept four-legged friends. Never has a choice been more appropriate. The proximity to the splendid white beaches and the center of Torre San Giovanni, the cleanliness, the breakfast, the air-conditioned rooms, the kindness and friendliness of the entire staff have made the stay peaceful and relaxing. My partner and I stayed at this hotel for 10 nights in the second half of June. We had a really good time and everything was impeccable, from the rich breakfast to the cleanliness, not to mention the kindness of the owner Paolo, Mr. Tommaso and the chambermaid. The room was equipped with a mini fridge, TV, hairdryer, air conditioning, ceiling fans, electric shutter and safe. Very comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom with very large and comfortable shower. Small balcony with table and a practical clothes horse (small note: a few more clothes pegs would be useful). The towels are changed daily and after the room was cleaned we returned with a very pleasant scent. When booking we requested a transfer from Brindisi airport with a paid shuttle, a truly convenient and punctual service. Affiliated beach that in June had a truly excellent price and where we really enjoyed ourselves. English: Breakfast included a buffet with a wide choice of croissants, mini krapfen, pasticciotti, donuts, savory focaccias, fresh fruit, fruit juices, etc., while coffee/cappuccino was prepared directly by the waitress at the counter and brought to the table. The location is truly excellent as the hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the center (with restaurants, stalls, shops, minimarkets, Ferris wheel) and the seafront promenade on one side and 5-10 minutes walk from the sandy beach on the other. The beach is stunning, with white sand and crystal clear sea, where equipped beaches alternate with free beaches. Nearby there are several shops to rent bicycles and also a car/scooter rental. In conclusion, if you want a totally relaxing holiday with everything within reach or even as a base for touring the splendid Salento, this hotel is definitely the perfect solution. I stayed with my wife and 2 children in this hotel for 5 days from 27th to 31st August. Welcoming and very clean rooms, polite staff ready to accommodate every request. Top breakfast with everything that can satisfy the palate! The owner Paolo, a young entrepreneur from Salento, has many ideas to make the structure even more welcoming. We will definitely return also because around the hotel you can find everything you need (beaches, bars, restaurants, markets, etc.).

I spent 10 days of vacation at this property, where I found attentive and thoughtful staff, always available. We highly recommend it, especially for the cleanliness and for the strategic position with respect to the sea and the center. Thanks to Paolo, the young owner, and to all the staff!

It was our first holiday in Salento. But as with all holidays, without a good base everything could become a nightmare. Fortunately, it wasn't like that. The hotel keeps all its promises. We went as a family (me, my wife and my daughter). We were placed in a quadruple room with private bathroom. The furnishings are spartan but absolutely honest. Exemplary cleaning with daily change of linen for all three people. The fridge in the room was fantastic, allowing us to keep our bottles of water cold until they froze. Excellent air conditioning. The bathroom was always clean and tidy. We chose a room without windows and the hotelier offered us the use of the shared terrace with a clothes horse for drying costumes and towels. Breakfast was absolutely plentiful with sweet and savory dishes. The pasticciotti pugliesi were unmissable and excellent, and I passionately recommend them. The bar service accompanying breakfast was valid, with the possibility of ordering hot drinks, which were brought directly to the table. The owner welcomed us with kindness and thoughtfulness, also satisfying any extra requests and responding with courtesy and attention to detail to our requests for information. Another strong point is the location: it is just a stone's throw away (less than 400 meters, or 5 minutes) from the first equipped beach on the white sandy coast of Torre San Giovanni. It is not necessary to take the car to get to the sea. The center and the seafront of Torre San Giovanni are also within easy reach: reachable with a quick walk of less than 5 minutes. Ideal for a family with small children or for couples on a romantic getaway. In short, highly recommended.
