Spacious, large, and clean room with a fully equipped kitchen. Great location, close to train station, airport bus stops, supermarket, and restaurants. Very good breakfast. Friendly staffs.

It's an apartment hotel, and the cleanliness really was lacking. Maybe it was just that the triple room I booked hadn't been occupied in a long time, but the pillowcases were dusty and dirty. Other details were too awful to even look at. The scariest part was realizing the room door was very difficult to close. You had to really slam it shut with a lot of force for it to lock. Good thing I brought my own door stopper. The Leonard Hotel next door is better.

This is an apartment-style hotel, and it's pretty bare-bones. No slippers, no toothbrushes, no cups – honestly, besides a kettle, there's nothing. They don't even bother to set up the sofa bed; you have to do it yourself. The facilities are extremely basic. The only upside is that it's fairly close to the train station, and there's a straight shortcut if you're coming directly from inside the station.

Clean and hygienic, very close to the train station. The staff are warm and welcoming; you can ask them about anything. You can also ask the front desk for toothbrushes, slippers, etc. Not bad.

The location is convenient, just a few hundred meters to the right after exiting Mestre train station, about a 10-minute walk. There's also a large supermarket nearby. The apartment-style rooms have a kitchen, so you can cook your own meals. There's a friendly young lady at the front desk who speaks Chinese. Plus, there's a focaccia place nearby downstairs that's both delicious and affordable. Early check-in requires an additional fee.

The location is fantastic, very close to a large supermarket, just a short walk away. This makes grocery shopping incredibly convenient, whether you're buying fresh produce or household essentials.

The apartment also comes with a fully equipped kitchen, including a stove and utensils, so you can easily cook your own meals. It's a great way to ensure healthy eating and enjoy the fun of cooking to your own taste.

Plus, there's a professional front desk that strictly monitors access, providing 24-hour security. You can feel completely safe and secure during your stay.

Great stay in Venice – highly recommended!

I had a very pleasant stay at Staycity Apartments Venice. The apartment was clean, modern, and very well equipped. The bed was comfortable, and everything felt well maintained.

The location is excellent – close to public transport and easy to reach both Venice island and the airport. Very convenient for business or leisure travel.

The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient.

Overall, great value for money. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Venice.

Great location, within walking distance to the train station, and plenty of good food options nearby. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. It would be perfect if the check-out time could be a bit later, but that's a common issue with hotels in Europe. The room has a coffee machine and a small kitchenette, which is really convenient for making your own meals. The only downside is that it's close to the railway tracks, so it can be a bit noisy at night.

Stayed here for a 2 night stay last month. Great location, 20 mins or so from the airport on the shuttle bus, couple of mins walk from the station making it a quick and easy commute over to the island, huge spar supermarket a couple of mins walk away with everything you might need.
The room was huge with a separate seating area, a balcony and fully equipped kitchenette. Spotlessly clean, everything we needed was there in the room. The staff at check in and out were friendly and helpful and said hello each time we passed through. We arrived earlier then check in, I'd emailed ahead to ask if we could drop our luggage off, quick and easy to do, luggage left in a secure room with a name tag to which we received a ticket to reclaim it.
I would happily stay here again and would recommend to others.

The room was larger than expected, and having a dishwasher was very convenient. The bathroom was spacious and clean, but if you looked closely, there was a layer of dust on the tables outside the bathroom. The location is super convenient, with many highly-rated, delicious restaurants near the hotel. Overall, it's quiet and safe, and at this price, it's an absolute steal. It's very close to the station; there's a small shortcut right from the very end of Platform 1, which is the quickest way out.

The check-in staff were quite friendly and spoke decent English.
