The hotel is relatively new, though a bit out of the way. The breakfast includes delicious desserts, and I saw some Korean tour groups staying here.

Cleanliness was adequate.

200m from the tram that takes you to Venice.
The ticket costs €2.20.
The beds are okay, but the pillows aren't great.

Located at quiet neighborhood. Very kind staff. Parking outside the hotel on the streets is free.

It's pretty good, it's convenient to go in and out of Venice, and you don't need to pay extra to enter Venice when staying here. It is very close to the bus station and light rail station, and the location is convenient. The city tax is paid when checking out.

Due to changes in the schedule, I wanted to cancel the stay, but the hotel refused. After reluctantly checking in, the conditions were not bad.

The accommodation is ideal for visiting Venice, close to the metro stop. Comfortable room with everything you need to spend the night and visit Venice. The breakfast was delicious, especially the coffee and homemade cakes.
