The hotel boasts a prime location with its own private dock, making it incredibly convenient. The service exceeded my expectations; the staff were warm and attentive, and the room's decor, while slightly dated, was exquisitely tasteful! Unfortunately, the hotel switched from air conditioning to heating in November, and my terrace room, which was sunny and very warm, was quite hot. The hotel repeatedly apologized and provided a fan – a rather comical detail considering it was November – but I had no choice but to sleep with the window open that night. The next morning, the hotel manager personally came to upgrade my room to a canal-view suite, which was significantly cooler. This proactive approach to problem-solving is truly commendable! 👍 Also, the hotel has a Michelin-starred restaurant, but it was fully booked, so I couldn't dine there for dinner. However, the breakfast was equally impressive, with a wide variety of delicious options! It's worth noting that restaurants in Venice's tourist areas, even those at Aman Resorts, are often mediocre, but this hotel's breakfast was exceptional – truly remarkable! I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

This is without doubt the best hotel I have ever been at. This was my third stay at Palazzo Venart and the quality of the staff and management is OUTSTANDING.

The location is marvelous, the rooms splendid, and the atmosphere wonderful. I will definitely go back a fourth and fifth time...

From the service to the decoration and design to the environment, everything is top-notch. You can basically walk to various attractions on the main island. The food and service are very good. It is suitable for families with children or couples to stay. It is definitely worth the money. The best way to arrive is to ask the hotel to arrange a water taxi, point to point without carrying luggage. The hotel has its own dock

The hotel's gardens are beautifully designed, and the breakfast is plentiful. The private pier is also very convenient for access, which my daughter and I loved. We had a wonderful time in Venice.

Every step you take in this luxury boutique property will spoil all other hotels for you. From the Michelin starred restaurant GLAM with the incredible breakfast to the rooms that come with a balcony to the service that is beyond compare -- everything is a treat!

Would specially like to mention Laura and the Giacomos who took such good care of my niece and I when I was unwell and when we wanted to get around. I cannot thank them enough!!
