Our previous hotel was very dirty, so we left a day early and came to Garden Hotel Michelangelo. Although the normal check-in time was 3:00 pm, we explained our situation and the receptionist
Shakib kindly arranged our room so we could check in at 12:30 pm. The price is reasonable, breakfast is tasty, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is also excellent — you can easily reach Venice with the T1 tram. Thanks to Shakib’s helpfulness, we felt truly welcomed. Highly recommended!

This is not a 4 stars hotel. The rooms were dirty. Stain on walls . Tv infront of the morror. And it's very outdated. If you want one night stand , this is the place. Otherwise better stay away. Dont let the bugs bite you. I do not recommend it at all.

I wish the prices of breakfast and also any items available at the bar had been known to us, in other words printed somewhere. It's a little bit embarrassing to have to ask the price, because then if the person asking doesn't want to pay that much, he or she is left feeling cheap for not saying "Yes, I'll have it ".

The room is relatively old, a bit like a hotel in China. Overall it is OK, the air conditioning is quite powerful. But it has a smell. After all, it is an old hotel, not as comfortable as a new hotel. But there are many delicious Chinese restaurants around

Very good choice for the family

Nice hotel in great location. Offers breakfast for €15 per person (which we have not tried). Our room came with a fridge and air conditioning. Reception is 24hrs. We arrived early and they stored our luggage for us so we could go and explore Venice. Tip: the T1 tram station San Marco Manuzio is only a 1min walk from the hotel when you go through the garden and out of the back gate.

The wifi is bad and the air con is not working very well, the lift can only carry two ppl with luggage.

We were on a day trip to Venice and chose this hotel as an economical and safe option being close to the airport and also accessible to Venice islands. We were not disappointed, it took only around 30 minutes to reach Venice island with accessible bus. While avoiding rolling luggage through the crowded Venice streets, we were also less then 15 minutes by taxi and near the airport bus stop from the airport.
The hotel itself is a tad outdated and it does appear to lack air conditioning which can become very uncomfortable in the summer. Besides those shortcomings the attendants were very friendly and provided complimentary water and held our luggage free of charge while we explored Venice when we arrived early.
Overall we don’t regret our choice, the economical price was very much worth what was provided.
