Adria in Mestre

It's very good, so you don't have to spend a lot, without sacrificing a good stay with the minimum and comfortable essentials.

A hotel outside Venice Island, 18 minutes walk from MESTRE train station, a little far away, the hotel is an independent multi-story building with a 24-hour front desk. The advantage is that it is only a three or four minute walk to the bus No. 7 and No. 7E to the main island of Venice, so you don't have to go to the station to take the train, you can buy a day ticket for unlimited round trips and buses.

A fraction of the price we would pay to stay in Venice. They arranged a cot for my 2 year old for no extra cost too.

It's very easy to get in to Venice with a bus stop a couple minutes walk away and the train station about 15 minutes. I recommend the bus as mestre station is quite busy and the local buses are included in the Venice transport ticket.

The room was clean and a good size considering the price. The only thing lacking was a safe for leaving valuables which would have added a bit more peace of mind.

For one morning we booked the breakfast. This was the only real disappointment for us. The food itself was ok but definitely not worth the €10 per head. Better off stoping at one of the many cafés on the way to transport for a proper coffee and some pastries for half the price.

The hotel is located nearby station(about 10min by walk). Staffs were so kind.

The receptionists are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, the double beds are comfortable. The rooms are small and the third bed is only good for smaller adulta or children, but it is good value for the price. The bus stop to the city is 5 mins walk. Good restaurants and a Spar nearby.

The staff were very nice and helpful, they gave us nice restaurant recommendations and made sure that we were comfortable during our stay. They also offer a varied breakfast which was very delicious. The location is also great, it is in a quiet neighborhood but just 10 minutes walking from Venezia Mestre from which you can grab a train to Venezia St. Luzia. Overall I would 100% recommend!!

Short stay, far from scenic spots

The staff were amazing at giving us information and helping us figure out where and what to do. We arrived early and our rooms were ready so we dropped our stuff and left. Languages spoken were English, Italian, French and Spanish. We were on a self guiding tour so many things were left for us to figure out. We purchased a 48 hour transit pass which was the best advice ever. There was a small shop across the street that usually sells the passes but his printer was broken so we had to walk down to the bus loop and purchase a pass there( $35 euros for 48 hours). We were a 5 min walk from the bus stop where we would go to venice. From here you can ride many different buses/ boats to venice. The train station is a ten minute drive. ( Cost us $26 euros by cab) Breakfast was great compared to other 3 star hotels. Fresh meat and cheese, delicious coffee, pastries, juice, cereal yogurt. It was beautifully presented.
The hotel is in a quiet area. It's safe and at night, it is very quiet . Rooms are basic and includes a hair dryer. No safe. No fridge. Air conditioning was fantastic
We didn't find many places to eat and didn't want to spend our limited time looking. One family ordered pizza and brought it back to the hotel.
Overall, great experience

It is budget hotel like hostel. Service is best , staff is best but room is poor. If you have money take another one , or you can save money. It is recommended hotel as well
