AVOID AVOID BEDBUGS! Stayed 1 night here and got multiple bed bug bites and brought them home with me.

I can see now that bed bugs had been raised as an issue in a review from a week before I stayed. My mistake for not checking reviews but with a place costing £170 a night I didn’t expect this issue.

Of course hotels can’t always avoid becoming infested with bedbugs if frequent travellers pass through, but I cannot comprehend the irresponsibility of continuing to operate, take peoples money and risk spreading bedbugs back to peoples homes.

They didn’t respond to my email raising this issue, they appear to not care about operating an honest business. Avoid.

Rosso Charm is a very nice place to stay for some days in Venice. Not far from the railway station. All did work properly with the booking. Room and bath were clean and well equipped. Breakfast in the backyard was great. Team was welcoming and helpful. I strongly recommend.

I contacted this property to cancel my reservation few minutes after I confirmed it by mistake. Assistance I received was very poor with no cooperation. I haven't stayed there yet but I am already very disappointed.

Excellent B&B in the heart of Venice. The owner is really kind and friendly. The room is perfect. All is perfect and silent. The breakfast was fantastic: both sweet and salty breakfast with hard-boiled eggs, croissant, Nutella, muffins, cheese, fruits..... . Great breakfast! I advice this B&B.

Really lovely place to stay. I was a solo female traveler and needed somewhere to stay that was local and safe. This place was that and more. It is walkable from the train station with luggage. They allowed me to check in significantly early since my train was arriving early in the day. The welcome was very friendly. I loved the location - it’s right on the main walk that goes through the city all the way to San Marco. There was an abundance of restaurants all around. And the room had so much charm. I highly recommend.

Right in the heart of Venice. We loved the place. Rooms decorated in a very stylish way. Ladies who manage breakfast are super friendly and helpful and only a 2 minute walk to the waterbus that takes you to the airport (Guglie) and another water bus stop close by so everywhere in Venice and surrounding islands can be reached in minutes. Check in and out was also very simple. Mateo communicated everything in advance and we just followed his instructions. Lovely to wake in the morning open the window and hear the life of the city.
