Staff not really friendly and helpful. They don’t have iron and if you want iron your clothes then you have to pay 5 euro per item. And time until 1pm. So bad.

Spent just a night here. Had a good dinner at the restaurant. They are nice enough to provide us with kettle we needed for chamomile tea before bed. They were showing a tennis match of the number 1 male tennis player Jannik Sinner who happened to be Italian and the guest service person was so bubbly talking about the tennis player. Food was good and yes, they're authentically made Italian dishes. There's not much restaurant around the area fortunately, the hotel offers good selection of dinner menu.

Good rooms with tv and comfortable bed. Ask for a kettle if needed. Good buffet breakfast. Smiley staff. 10 minutes from the tram stop which goes all the way to Venice and takes about 20 minutes.

Located near a residential area, it's very convenient to get to from the highway if you're driving, and the parking lot has plenty of spaces. It's just a 3-minute walk from the hotel to the T1 tram, which goes directly to the main island of Venice. The hotel staff were all very enthusiastic, which is considered excellent service in Italy.

Hotel is nice and clean. The **** are fully deserved.
Staff very friendly and helpful
The Hotel is about 4 minutes walk to bus and tram station which gets you directly to Venice Old Town.
Very accesible from the highway when you come and go.
Tickets for Venice are also availible at the Hotel, although you need to buy them with cash.

It's a great spot to stay if you want to visit Venice. ( You can grab tram/bus T1, from a few steps from the hotel). The room was nice, confortable and clean. Food, for dinner I had Breaded Milanese (chicken) and the breakfast was varried enough, I enjoyed the offer.

If you’re looking for somewhere a little cheaper outside of main land Venice, with an easy route in (bus 24 or 24H in and out of Venice) then this is perfect. Cheap, clean room, comfy bed, reception staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast is basic, but for how cheap our stay was I won’t complain. My only complaint would be that the walls are thin, and other guests don’t seem particularly courteous of people who may be trying to sleep in the middle of the night…

We had a wonderful stay at Smart Holiday Hotel during our trip to Venice. The hotel is cozy and perfect for a family vacation. Breakfast was delicious and offered a nice variety — everyone in our family found something they liked. The beds were soft and comfortable, and we slept really well. The bathroom was clean, modern, and met all our needs. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. The hotel is located in a quiet area, yet it’s easy and convenient to reach the center of Venice. We highly recommend this hotel for families and anyone looking for a comfortable stay!

We had such a lovely stay for the last couple of days of our trip! The staff were absolutely fantastic – so friendly and always ready with helpful information. Our room was spotless and really comfortable for the three of us with a double and a single bed. It felt nice and spacious too! Plus, the location was great, with the tram stop just a quick 5-minute walk away. Being close to the road meant there was a bit of noise, but honestly, it wasn't a big deal at all. It was great having the room cleaned every day. Breakfast wasn't our favorite part, but hey, you can't win them all! Overall, we had a really positive experience and would definitely give it an 8 out of 10. 😊

We really enjoyed our stay here, it was my wife's 70th birthday and staff were so natural and enthusiastic in helping us celebrate. I would say nothing was too much effort, but they made it feel easy. Accommodation of gluten free at breakfast was just a matter of asking. Staff made time to chat, and even the cleaning staff, for whom languages other than Italian was difficult, were friendly and communicated well. We have virtually no Italian, but worked hard to be respectful, communicating in Italian where we could, making lots of mistakes, and our efforts were welcomed, where in other establishments they are often laughed at. Kettles are available on request for us Brits who can't survive without a cuppa in bed and the rooms felt far more palatial than you would think for the price. The in-room fridge was highly appreciated. Bus stop at the end of the road, 30 mins into Venice centre. Oh, and the local beer available in the bar is absolutely gorgeous but a bit strong - drink responsibly!
