Aqua Palace in Venice

The hotel is a bit hard to find, but the service is very old-fashioned and impeccable; it doesn't use room cards like in China, you open the door with a key.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location.
The room however was very warm, found out on day 2 that the air con was controlled centrally so was sorted by reception as soon as I asked for it to be set to cool instead of heat.
Staff are very helpful and accommodating.
I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Absolutely great place in a perfect location! They upgraded us for our anniversary and we had a beautiful spacious room overlooking the canal. Breakfast in the morning was great and they also organized our transportation to and from the hotel. We look forward to coming back.

We decided against a day trip to Venice and rather stay a night there. So our choice went to the Aqua Palace hotel. And we were not disappointed. We took a water taxi from the train station. Trip was around 80€ one way and it took us around 20 minutes. You can of course also use the water „buses“ but then you have to carry your suitcases to the hotel. The taxi was worth every penny. Hotel is 2 minutes walk from Rialto bridge so we got a perfect shot of the bridge from the taxi.
Hotel has own pier so no need to walk. You are welcomed right from the boat.
Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are so nice and clean. A/C worked very well. Rooms are decorated in typical Venetian style. Loved it.
Hotel has great location, Rialto bridge 2 minutes walk and San Marco square about 10 minutes.
So if you are looking for a great hotel in Venice, you cannot go wrong with this hotel. Try it out, you won’t be disappointed!!!
