A hotel where almost everything is old and broken. The seats in two of the three women's restrooms were broken. The entrance (sliding doors) was broken, everything in the room was old, and the bunk bed is suitable for children up to 12, so small. You have to pay for pool towels, 3 euros each, every time you want a clean one. Breakfast is mediocre; many trays are empty, and not a single empty plate...

Upon arrival front desk lady was not very nice , then man that took us to room was extremely rude and pointed to room and didn’t even offer to help my wife with her 2 bags - didn’t show anything in room and just pointed and walked away

We spent 5 days here in September. The setting was magical. The room was great. The private dipping pool was larger than some of the private pools I've had at other hotels. It was a great stay. very peaceful, relaxing and comfortable. if we were being picky is that was not really a bar area. the bar was pool based and yes you could have a drink served in the lounge but it was not a bar atmosphere . if it had been very hot ( or cold ) and youwanted to have an evening drink inside then we would have preferred a more inside bar feel as well. but that is being over picky...

Great stay! We had a great time. The beach is amazing, accessible, and private. It was easy to rent a car and park for free, and driving to nearby towns like Porto Cervo was easy and quick. Cannigione itself had many dining options as well. The staff was extremely helpful and nice at the hotel, and the pool and gym were nice.

If you can, please avoid at all costs, especially if you come with dogs, they are not allowed at the beach. This is a small but cute hotel on a quiet street. The staff were great, especially Malen but all the staff in the restaurant and housekeeping were good. Overall I would say the standard of the hotels in Italy are slightly poorer than traveling elsewhere. The hotel felt more like a 3* than 4* Staff is polite and rooms look pretty much like the pictures, however, the bathrooms were not up to standard. There was no proper shower. No walls or doors to separate the shower from the rest of the bathroom/toilet and the whole room got wet when we showered....
