Hotel Centro Vacanze Isuledda in Cannigione

We arrived at the campsite at night. First thing we missed is a welcome-kit with a sponge, dishwashing liquid, a toilet rol and a mop. Then the bed wasn't "good". But he, it's holiday! We had a long day behind us so don't complain and go to sleep.

I woke up in the middle of the night and thought it was already morning. Because of the bright lights that were shining into our mobile home from the market building! I coudn't sleep anymore and tried to fixed it by hanging my towels before the door.

The next day we found out dat the mobile home wasn't totally clean as we found contact lenses on the floor for the gast before us, and more lamps in the mobile home didn't work.

Also there was no privacy. The bedroom was just beside the road, everybody could look inside. Even te staff was looking into our bedroom more than once. It felt like a "peepshow" especially at night with the bright lights of the market inside our bedroom!

After a few night my back hurt so much we checked the slatted base of the bed and find out that one wooden slat was missing and placed on the other. As it was already late my boyfriend tried to fix the slatted base. But when I went lying on it we found out why it was as it was. The base was broke! And I fell through it! I could have broken my back! And I had neck pain for days!

As it was already in the middle of the night I slept at the other side of the mobile home.

The next day we went to the reception and the maintenance boy "fixed" it like in the pictures, he promised to come back for extra towels and made sure "this was all he could do". Look at the pictures for his "solution". The next few nights me and my boyfriend slept separated as this was not a proper bed. He never came back to bring the towels or for fixing the lamps.

When we went home we send the reception our complain by email. Wat was ment to be a romanic holiday became a peepshow and sleeping separated! Thats NOT what we expected form a 800Euro holiday (for 1 week).

They email us back that we needed to go to the reception during our holiday (what we did) en DON'T want to pay any money back (IN BOLD written in the email). Not even an excuse!

The worst thing is that the let me sleep in a bed that could hurt me! The took the risk of getting a guest injured and for me that's unforgivable!

Maybe we just had bad luck the beaches where perfect!

Bad experience
We have to left the room and booking a hotel near after the first night !! Money was lost.
Bungalows are very small. Bangalows didn't have towels, dress for bed, paper toilliete, any thing..
The staff on reception was rude when we reported a problem in air condicionated and they don't recognized such problem nor resolved at momment.

Very loud music from the disco of the resort every night until 2-3 am. This noise is a major issue if you are planning for a place to rest. Good beaches and beautiful landscapes. Apart from that, few recreational areas for kids or teenagers, no sports facilities (tennis/basket/football courts, ping pong, swimming pool, etc.). Overcrowded with caravans and bungalows. Little space for anything else.

On of the worst I’ve been to. Ugly location, no dogs allowed on any beach (only from 8pm till 8am), in the south of Sardinia a lot of beaches are dog friendly. If you have a possibility, go somewhere else. Only plus - clean toilets.
I don’t recommend this place.

Unfortunately it is not worth the stay. We have been looking forward to visit the village for some time. But already on the day of our arrival we could see that it is not what was depicted on the website. The site is in a very poor state. Everything is run down and old. There is no hand soap in the sanitary buildings, that havent been updated sice the 90'.(they are upgrading in some areas) And there is, no toiletpaper on a regular basis. Many of staff are extremely rude and argumentative they have absolutely no people skills. You are not allowed to park on the site, but have to park a good distance away and walk. Approximately 700 m for us. All the entertainment is in Italian with no regard to anyone who might not speak Italian.
The only thing they have going for them is the location. But for the price €€€€ there are other options. My honest advice is try to find something else.
