Sandalia Boutique Hotel - Adults Only in Cannigione

We stayed here for our honeymoon for 6 nights, paying €500/night. Upon checking in we were welcomed with our choice of drink and friendly staff. The rooms are not entirely sound proof, but did not have any issues with sound. The breakfast selection was incredible - from chia seed pudding, fresh croissants, eggs, and fresh juice. We also ordered Aperol Spritz to have poolside at a reasonable price, and also enjoyed fresh charcuterie. Our rooms were cleaned every morning as soon as we went down for breakfast. All the staff we met were more than pleasant and made you feel right at home.

We did experience one night of a “blackout” with power being off in the middle of the night for a few hours as the local grid experienced overcapacity leaving the air conditioning temporarily off.

The area is only a 15 minute drive from beautiful beaches and many other surrounding towns. There is also a local pizzaeria located down the street, known for award winning pizza!

I do wish there was a fitness space/gym available here.

An amazing stay at the Sandalia Hotel! The rooms are well-appointed, the breakfast is delicious, and the location is perfect if you're looking for somewhere peaceful while still being just a short drive from Porto Cervo, San Pantaleo, and incredible beaches.

What really makes Sandalia special, though, is the staff. Every single staff member we met was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making sure we had the best trip possible. They went out of their way every day to help us book beach clubs and dinner reservations, and their recommendations were always spot on.

To top it all off, I accidentally left my watch at the hotel after we checked out. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. They made the entire process of getting it shipped back to me incredibly easy. That level of honesty, care and service is so rare and really speaks to how much they value their guests.

I honestly can't say enough good things about this hotel. If you're visiting Sardinia, I highly recommend staying at the Sandalia. I had such a great experience and can't wait to come back!

The hotel looked very new and very well kept in pictures, in reality, it did not disappoint at all. Most importantly, at the heart of the hotel is a culture of care, deep respect and highly professional service. The staff were amazing, helpful and friendly. They gave great advice. The location of this hotel is ideal to explore the area, while experiencing luxury in a friendly resort.

Amazing choice. Small, great and cosy. Breakfast is great, staff is equally great, always available and friendly. Very happy with this choice. Price is high, but for Sardenha standards is a little higher than very poor alternatives, so for sure in this market is a great option. Location is also perfect to move around the hot spots in the region. Rooms are very nice, fancy and comfortable. Only good things about this place. My favourite is the fact that this is not a massive hotel. Few rooms, very familiar, not the crazy busy environment we see in resorts. The room with see view is worthy. Totally recommended. Note you should have a car to move around because hotel location is on a quiet residential area, far from everything.

I can fully recommend this hotel. I liked every aspect of our stay there. The rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet. The hotel is within walking distance of the center of Cannigione, and the area itself is very peaceful — perfect for a relaxing stay.

However, the hotel’s greatest asset was its team. GM Valentina, Antonella, Tamara, and Nina were wonderful hosts: always kind, always smiling, and always helpful. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Beautiful hotel, clean and comfortable

Stayed in the hotel with my partner for 10 days from 3 to 13 September. Welcomed in English by the wonderful quadrilingual (at least) receptionist. Then lift to chiamo tre (third floor)and a wonderful room overlooking the pool. First thing to note: everything works and is well tended in this hotel, and they have things mended quickly. The staff are universally excellent, kind and patient, and the bar staff have a huge variety of drink on offer which they deliver expertly to you, as well as a limited amount of food. Cannigione is a lovely place where they even put up with my poor attempts at Italian. I find it hard not to drift off into hyperbole about this hotel. I just hope to go back there - if I am lucky enough to bother Peakes Travel Elite for another booking!

This is a small but cute hotel on a quiet street. The staff were great, especially Malen but all the staff in the restaurant and housekeeping were good. The room was clean and comfortable, stylishly decorated. We had the sea view and it was beautiful. The pool with relaxation area we enjoyed also. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Room and hotel overall was good, breakfast needed a lot more options pretty much only pastries.. location of the hotel was good, extremely quiet and a easy walk into town. Pizzaria down the street was really good aswell
