Hotel Colle Del Sole in Alberobello

Clean room, parking convenience, location

We had a marvelous time. Francisco was very welcoming and professional. Breakfast was awesome, especially the cornetto pistachio. Breakfast staff were very friendly.

Located a short walk from the village this was the perfect base for our exploring around Alberobello, and surrounding area. We had a minor drama when I lost my car keys and the staff could not have been more helpful. Thank you Joe!

The room can improve with better decoration. However it is very clean and specious. The swimming pool was nice and clean.

I appreciate having parking for my car. The hotel was in walking distance to all that I was there to see. Restaurants were also close and you could walk.

English: We stayed, almost by chance, in this splendid Apulian reality in August 2021 for a few days. From the very beginning we breathed professionalism, courtesy and hospitality that immediately won us over. The hotel is a stone's throw from the monumental area of Alberobello, and this allows you not to use the car in favor of a short and pleasant walk. The rooms are modern and elegant, certainly not dated, comfortable and always decidedly clean, many of which overlook the splendid swimming pool. The hotel combines true Apulian hospitality, with excellent services: the swimming pool is very pleasant, the rooms of an excellent standard, the right and quality breakfast and the amazing dinner. In this regard, we strongly recommend stopping to dine in the restaurant of this hotel, reserved only for its guests, capable of offering excellent food cooked and presented in the best way in a very welcoming atmosphere, by exquisitely cordial and friendly staff. The chef amazed us by demonstrating passion and talent with always new proposals capable of combining Apulian tradition with creativity and experimentation of multiple raw materials. The dish is always presented in an impeccable way capable of provoking real explosions of flavors in contact with the taste buds, the environment is refined, the colors are relaxing. The customer's welcome and continuous assistance are also commendable. It may be useful to know that near the Hotel there is a supermarket and a delicatessen/dairy with local products. Ultimately, for the reasons listed, we believe that it is certainly worth staying at the Colle del Sole hotel and perhaps getting to know the owner and his professional staff who without ever being intrusive with great availability and elegance accompany their customers during their stay at the facility, not by chance after only about 15 days we returned for another weekend. We thank all of you for having contributed to making our vacation days wonderful memories. We will see you again soon.
