Truly exceptional, a lovely place, very clean and quiet, the staff and owners very kind and always available, 10 minutes from the center of Lecce! We can't wait to go back :) 🙏

Good quality / price ratio.
The room is modern and with all the services (fridge, air conditioner, TV, hairdryer, ....), the bed is comfortable and the space is considerable.
Large bathroom with bidet and shower.
It is located in Cavallino, 15 minutes from Lecce, 25 from San Foca, 30 from Otranto, 40 from Punta Prosciutto, 60 from Santa Maria di Leuca. The location is not beautiful but remember that it is a good base for all of Salento.
Fair price, street parking.
The room is modern and with all the services (fridge, air conditioner, TV, hairdryer, ....), the bed is comfortable and the space is considerable.

Overall modern and well-kept structure, impeccable cleanliness of the rooms, practical and functional bathroom. Pay attention to the room you choose: make sure there is a kitchen. Accustomed to all the other B & Bs I would have expected a common area with a kitchenette, sink and fridge, which is obviously not a given in Puglia. In some rooms there is only a minifridge not too powerful, so in our living room the "Bed" was there but the "Breakfast" was missing. Positive note the kindness of the owner's father who welcomed us with sympathy and cordiality. I can't say the same thing about the owner who we were "lucky enough" to know only the last 2 minutes of our stay, suitcases on the landing at the door for a flash payment via pos. To get the receipt of the payment I had to wait over a month in addition to having solicited Booking. 3 stars for cleanliness and quality of the room but I don't feel like going back.

Structure located near the center of the village of Cavallino, a few kilometers from Lecce.
Clean, well-lit room with a mini-fridge.
Excellent availability of the owner, attentive to customer needs.

Arrival of new guests in the adjoining room.
Noisy and noisy .......... 2 "young" who scream as if they were still in the disco.
Room with dusty floor.
Sad third bed open-close.
Broken toilet seat.
3 guests, 2 towels ........
No hairdryer
No shower mat in the bathroom.
Rooftop autoclave that comes into operation every time a B&B guest uses a faucet and / or toilet flush with an incredible vibration and noise that blows you up in your sleep.

Tastefully furnished rooms, modern and autonomous, air conditioning and nothing to say.
5.52 am neighbors still awake under the "fiesta" effect ..........
I hope at least for a decent breakfast that makes up for the night ... that it will end.
