I booked together with a friend for 1 night for 18th of december 2021.We were traveling by bus and we missed the bus, but we contacted the propriety to allow us for a 1 hour latter check in. I spoke by phone with a lady that told me is not possible to come latter after the check in time they have on the page.Even gave me a phone number of the boss, to explain also the situation to him, but he did not answer when was calling him, anyway called back the lady and told me: can not do anything so they did not understand our situation, moreover they took the money for 1 night and did not answer to any future online written message to us or to the online company we did the booking regarding the cancelation or any refund so we end up without 50 euros and place to sleep. We must find last minute accommodation, so act carefully when booking or planning to stay there! Unfortunatelly, this is real fact and we booked at B&B Benessere Beauty & Welness Maglie room for 2 persons for 18th of december 2021, we have proof the online reservation.

contacted the owner Antonio on Saturday morning coming from 1200km, he immediately made himself available to welcome us out of hours (22.00) on arrival as well as the owner, the very nice Alessandra who after offering us coffee and suggesting places to refresh ourselves, showed us the beautiful room with private bathroom (it should be noted that instead of a banal TV in the room we had a cinema-style projector). As expected, the friendliness of the South is unrivaled .. I sincerely thank you both

I found myself really well. An unexpected room: very large and bright with attention to the smallest details. It is a pleasure for the eyes. Inside the room there is also a private solarium. Very positive opinion.
