Great stay lovely staff and facilities

Very good service shuttle bus to the beach. and the swimming pool very clean and big. the breakfast is quite good. But attention we were asked to pay for 15 euros ''extra service fee'' which was not indicated on the booking.

There must be a reason if this resort won the traveler's choice 2023!! bar and restaurant and reception and cleaning. Efficient in solving every problem and every desire the customer has. A pleasant discovery with entertainment that is never intrusive but always present for those who want a soft holiday. I read negative reviews....mha!? There are plenty of dissatisfied and negative people in life...be wary of their reviews and go calmly...we will definitely be back! Long live Puglia and its wonderful people!!!🤩

Dream resort...we decided three days before departure. We knew about the beauty of the resort and the beach...but not because of the courtesy, helpfulness and excellent cuisine we found. In order; - STAR CHEF as well as all the dining room staff. - RECEPTION like at home. - BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL RESORT! PRACTICALLY EVERYTHING IS WONDERFUL!! Greetings to Amadou and Genna! I spent the last week of July with my family in this place... the welcome was immediately positive at the reception, the staff were kind, attentive and prepared... the decor left me a little perplexed then and there, very oriental, so many sofas and several Buddha-style statues, a slightly strong smell and a lack of fresh air in the hall didn't immediately give me peace of mind... there were 4 of us and we were assigned 2 independent rooms on the ground floor as requested. Rooms always furnished in oriental style but graceful, clean, functional with all comforts: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fridge, safe... large shower which is very comfortable. Crazy, wonderful sea 2/3 km from the Resort. impeccable shuttle service managed by the immense Mr. DARIO, a good person, attentive to every need... we will never stop thanking him for the kindness he showed us. The beach reserved for customers is clean and kept tidy by the great AMADOU, a kind person with a big heart who is attentive to the needs of all bathers. The beach can be reached with a pleasant walk in the pine forest which ends with a narrow passage in the final meters before arriving at the beach... nothing impossible. The restaurant is large, spacious even if it lacks air conditioning, a part of the restaurant is also located outside and then there is another slightly cooler room. The queen of the restaurant, the Maitre, is VALENTINA, an exceptional girl who manages to manage a team of young waiters making them look like expert workers. Always attentive from day one to satisfying my every request, with a smile and the professionalism that distinguishes her... well done VALENTINA! We had opted for half board with only dinner served... we were asked to serve ourselves at the buffet and we preferred... the cuisine is excellent, I have never eaten so well in Salento (and I assure you that I have been to many places). The buffet allowed us to taste a bit of everything: always varied and plentiful starters, 3 types of first courses, 2/3 types of second courses, fruit and dessert every evening... the Salento evening was beautiful, complete with pizzica during dinner. The chef, whose name I don't remember, don't mind me, a very well-trained person with a great connoisseur of local cuisine and raw materials, every evening he passed between the tables to ask if everything was to our liking...a person who puts his face to us is a person proud of her work...well done! I didn't give 5 points because there are 2 aspects that I didn't particularly like. 1) the structure needs a refresh and is a little dilapidated: the fitness corner, the football pitch etc. need to be redone and rearranged... the furnishings need to be changed too many fabrics soaked in smelly smoke... the rooms also need to be modernized a bit ...well, I would give it a freshen up, as it is today it's not a 4 star!..even the swimming pool needs to be tidied up a bit...it's getting old now. 2) the animation is subdued, almost non-existent and never intrusive which, unfortunately, doesn't seem up to par with the place. in the evening after dinner a plan
