Unpleasant stay!
The owners should present the conditions of the building. This is a very old building with stairs, which means that people with health problem have difficulty to carry on luggage upstairs without elevator. Also, the old windows do not protect from terrible noise from the street. Furthermore, breakfast is included, which means that have to walk down the street to get just a cup of coffee and one croissant. In addition, check-out was 10.00, very inconvenient if one wants to visit some places in the morning.

I stayed at this property for three (3) nights and I have to say that the location is definitely a plus: central and convenient for visiting the city. However, the heavy traffic around the property does detract from the experience, making it difficult to enjoy some peace and quiet. The room was decent, but there were a few drawbacks. There was no real closet, just a nook to hang clothes, which can be inconvenient for those staying longer. One negative was the pillows: the pillowcases were clean, but the pillows themselves had obvious yellow stains, which were not very inviting. The bathroom also needs improvement. The shower door did not close properly, causing water to leak, and the drainage was poor, leaving water stagnating. The window frames were old and difficult to open or close. Overall, the property could benefit from a little more attention to detail and some maintenance, to ensure a more comfortable stay.

One night stay from 03/26/2024 to 03/27/2024. TERRIBLE. The amount of dust in the room, in every corner (behind the TV, which has now become gray, in the past it was black, on the smartphone holders, on the lamp, on the clothes hanger board, etc.), I have never seen anywhere, believe me, if you can. Do we want to talk about the comfort of the bed? Practically non-existent pillows, unspeakable mattress and the blankets... well, I tried to imagine that at least there was no dust. In the bathroom, overall, a 'patch' had been passed over, but the rust on the soap holders in the shower was shameful.
