Good place for a group of 4 or the solo traveler. Very spacious and modern. Washer on site is convenient. The property had no hot water during my stay. It was only communicated at the end that the HW heater has to be turned on from the outside. This should’ve been communicated at check-in and/or done prior to arrival. Additionally, there was no outside lighting. This made getting into the apartment at night a bit difficult and the guest uneasy given the dark interior courtyards you must travel through.

Excellent location and service. Lots of good restaurants and shops around. The apartment was very spacious, clean and quiet. The internet connection was great.

A really excellent accomodation in Catania centre. Spacious rooms and WC, good breakfast, cozy atmosphere. Rocardo and Daniela are realy nice hosts. The area around is full of choices for food, drink and walking. Definitely there when I am back again.

The b&b is located in a building in via Umberto I very close to both the alibus stop for the airport bus and via etnea and villa Bellini. In a strategic position for those who want to stay in Catania. The owners are very nice and you are happy to have a chat. The breakfast is good and varies from day to day.
The room where I stayed can be seen in the photos. On the left side there is a large bathroom with shower. The only thing that could be inconvenient is that it is on the second floor and there is no lift. For me this was not an issue as I had little luggage but it seemed fair to point this out.
It is a place where I had a great time and that I would recommend

Five stars because the owner has a very thorough availability and kindness with customers despite being caught in a moment of great urgency and speed without knowing them, it is noted that he has had to deal with many owners who, on the contrary, were only grumpy and only thought about their interest.. b&b to be recommended.. very clean room in sight, but also in the most hidden points.. if I were still there I would definitely go back.. many greetings to the owner 😜💪
