This is better late than never. We were in Ravello last November and it was quite difficult to find somewhere for lunch. We asked one of the locals and they suggested the restaurant at Hotel Parsifal. We were celebrating 2 birthdays and the staff could have not have been more accommodating. All our dishes were delicious, there was a varied selection of wine and they bought out a beautiful cake at the end which was complimentary. We were a goup of 8 and we didn't have a booking so were very grateful to be so warmly welcomed. The views from the restaurant and the courtyard outside were incredible also.

The Parsifal is an "old school" hotel - which is meant in the best possible way ... The service and attention to guests is impeccable. Antonio is a gifted host and manager of the hotel with a long resume of grand hotelier experience. He is one of a lost rare class of hoteliers for whom the guest is paramount. Our room was beautiful and simple, in the Italian way, with a magnificent view of part of the Amalfi coast. It was comfortable, clean and considered. The food and service in the restaurant was perfect. I can't recommend the Parsifal enough. We were here in February with many places closed and Ravello almost empty - so lovely and quiet and atmospheric. A really wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

We stayed 2 nights at Hotel Parsifal in Ravello. The location is perfect, walking distance to restaurants in Ravello, we also walked down and back up the hill to Maori which was challenging and beautiful. The hotel had free parking for us which was very helpful. The courtyard and view from the restaurant is spectacular. The room and furnishings throughout hotel are very tired, cluttered and in need of a refresh. Breakfast was ok, not spectacular, but maybe it’s better during the busy travel season. The staff are very helpful and extremely pleasant. Even though it begs for improvement and has tremendous potential to be amazing, it is only good value, good service in a great location.

We were staying at a different hotel, but we had New Year's Eve dinner there. They were extremely flexible when we told them that we don't drink alcohol or eat pork, and the food was amazing! At the end, they offered us a champagne bottle just so we could pop it and not feel left out, and even though we declined, it was such a nice thing to do. They gave us Sprite so that we could toast, too. Also, it was a very easy walk from where we were staying, right in the middle of everything. It was honestly the best New Year's Eve experience I've ever had.

We could not recommend Hotel Parsifal more! We have stayed there 3 times over 20 years and each time is better than the last. This visit we had a special luncheon for 20, a wedding ceremony and dinner for 50 and countless meals and breakfasts in between, while staying in rooms on site. The team did a beautiful job with every occasion and made every guest feel special. One of the best hospitality experiences I have ever had. Trust them with your special moments, big or small.

A late 3 day break to Ravello, we had a enjoyable and relaxing time, this was a return visit to Hotel Parisfal, honestly I couldn't image going anywhere else. its a great location and atmosphere and Antonio and the team provide a relaxed warm welcoming experience. Perfect stay at Hotel Parsifal - the view was amazing! Breakfast was nothing special, but typical italian style - but the service was perfect, especially the owner Antonio, what a lifepiece, always happy and smiling, and would do anything to make your stay more comfortable - if i go to Amalficoast again, i would chose Ravello, and i would choose Hotel Parsifal The best recommendation from us Lisbeth & Rasmus from Denmark

What a hidden gem! We loved our stay and couldn’t recommend Hotel Parsival more. The staff was wonderful, the location was great. The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are updated and much nicer than what the pictures on this site show. There are two patios, one covered (enjoy when the suns out), the other uncovered (enjoy in the evenings). Trust me, you’re going to spend a lot of time staring at the view, and Parsival’s location is ideal for this. As much as I want to keep this place a secret, I want to leave the kind of review that would have made my decision to book easier - and I want to ensure the place is still around when I come back for my next visit.

We stayed here for 5 days with 2 toddlers during a wedding in the area. The owners/staff were really accommodating, helpful and warm. We traveled with a pack & play and booked one with Parsifal, which was fully set up on arrival (a longer one, perfect for the 3 year old). Views are incredible and having a restaurant on location with great food, high chairs and good value was super convenient. Highly recommend!

We recently had an opportunity to visit Ravello for my son's wedding and had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Parsifal. The family managed hotel exceeded all my expectations. Conveniently located, warm, clean, comfortable, welcoming, charming to name but a few superlatives and the views from cloister were spectacular and have to be experienced in person to fully appreciate. Antonio and the rest of the staff were exceptional in every facet. Special shout out to Giulia who was so helpful with not only drinks and snacks but with recommendations regarding Ravello and things to do. One of the best parts of our stay was to meet and talk with people who come back and stay at the hotel regularly. Says a lot about the facility as well as Antonio and his staff. Would not hesitate to recommend and very much hope to visit again.

The view is amazing, room is clean neat and beautiful, however what makes this hotel the best is the 2 staff Laura and Anna that made our experience truly remarkable. I could not find 2 more genuine, helpful and professional staff like them. I would return here always for the 5 star service i got from those amazing two lady's. Thank you for everything.

Such a great spot! The staff were so helpful in recommending places to go around town in our short one day stay in Ravello, and with helping us book train tickets the next day. The location is walking distance from the city center. The rooms are really nice and the view from the balconies is spectacular! They serve an amazing breakfast and specialty coffees on the upstairs terrace. We're so happy we discovered La Moresca and we hope to go back soon!

Excellent small boutique hotel! The views are amazing (make sure to get a room with the balcony view towards the coast) and the staff is incredibly helpful (hotel manager Anna). Any minor issues were dealt with swiftly. Even when a lighting storm caused a blackout they were well prepared with a backup generator. The provided breakfast was great and the terrace where it is served has the most amazing views. The hotel is also very well located, a bit apart from the more crowded spots but well within walking distance to everything worth while visiting in Ravello. Parking is very easy as there is a private parking that picks up your car and delivers it to you when you leave. Their local restaurant is also very good. We stayed here for 2 nights and all in all it was a great experience and I highly recommend it!
One thing to note is that the rooms are relatively small.

The pasta ans Tiramisu were great. The steak not so much. For Italian food lovers only. Prices range from 15 Euro for pasta and 20 Euro for steak.
