The hotel is very pleasant and comfortable. It's well-located and an excellent option for those who prefer not to stay at the upscale hotels on the coast. The service is excellent, with a constant focus on meeting guests' needs. Andrea, the staff member, is always attentive and ready to help and provide tips on tours, transportation, and dining. I highly recommend it!

Great people running a great property. If you want a quiet enjoyable stay on the Amalfi coast this is a great choice.

We have just got back today. The family who run this business are lovely , helpful and very trustworthy. We have had a lovely week staying with them . Looked forward to our conversations over breakfast and learning more about the lemon tree’s in their grounds. Room was clean , bed comfy . Thank you 😀

Villa La Zagara sits on a hillside in a lemon grove with incredible views of the coast and hillside. The grove and garden were beautiful and open for lounging. The suite was kept very clean and was modern / well-appointed. The hosts were exceedingly warm and helpful. It's a short walk downhill to the village and the seaside, which was somehow a treat in itself (also possible to drive). A peaceful, captivating, and unique spot. We really could not recommend it more.

We had such a fantastic stay at Villa La Zagara. The location is perfect - Minori is much more peaceful than Amalfi but has a selection of wonderful restaurants and it’s easy to catch the ferry to other towns or walk to the neighbouring Ravello and Maiori. Our room was beautiful and spotlessly clean. Fantastic views over Minori and the sea. The hotel is surrounded by lemon trees and having breakfast surrounded by them was very peaceful. We also had a terrace which had beautiful views and was great to read on. Salvatore was a fantastic host - he gave us lots of recommendations for places to visit, restaurants to try, regional dishes. He even drove us to a meal in his antique Fiat 500 which was very memorable! We would highly recommend Villa La Zagara!

Having spent 7 nights at La Zagara, we feel like we just left behind family. Salvatore and Nilda (and, yes, dog Spot) were so warm and lovely, even after several months of hosting travelers. They made us feel like family. I only wish we had purchased more jars of Nilda’s homemade marmalade to bring home. Like La Zagara, it is filled with love and goodness. Grazie mille Salvatore e Nilda! Nilde and Salvatore were fantastic hosts and so lovely and welcoming. Can't forget to mention Spot the dog who was always there to say hello and sit at our feet at breakfast. The accommodation was clean and had been updated but still had a great Italian feel and decor. The location was great but note it is 15min walk down to town and it's all uphill/steps on the way back. We loved our stay and highly recommend La Zagara. A big thankyou to our hosts for having us and providing so much information and history about the place!

Salvatore and Nilde are a fantastic host couple, smiling friendly and with great hospitality They have a great knowledge of the local area which they gladly shared with us. It is a super cozy place, breakfast in the lemon garden with a view of the area, was a wonderful way to start the day. It is a really good location for walking tours to both Amalfi, Ravello and Maiori. We couldn't imagine staying anywhere else in the area than at La Zagara. Minori town is a cozy and quiet place, with many good restaurants and boat departures to the island of Capri and all the other towns on the Amalfi Coast.

My friend and I stayed at La Zagara for 5 nights. It was a beautiful stay. Salvatore and Nilde and their dog spot are all so wonderful & accommodating. Minori is a quaint and small town and a great place to stay for a much more authentic experience. Can’t recommend this spot enough! Will definitely be back.
