This is a beautiful hotel to stay in. The ambiance is delightful and tasteful, but the welcoming and attentive staff who look after you are an absolute credit to the hotel ownership. From the moment we arrived we felt their warmth and care and this persisted for the duration of our stay. This isn’t merely a "dog friendly” establishment, it has been reimagined and elevated to dog-loving! A generous bag FULL of treats was offered to our dog when we checked-in. Thank you so much for looking after us so well. We look forward to another visit soon!

This is probably the best and most memorable vacation in my life. Not even because of the hotel itself, which even in gloomy weather charges with warmth and positivity, not because of the beautiful Cervia, not because of the delicious restaurant, but first of all because of the wonderful people who work here. The vacation would not have been so cool if not for the team! They are simply the best people who create the atmosphere! Will definitely miss them and cheerful “Buongiorno ragazzi” in the morning! ♥️

Discovering this hotel was a real fortune, my partner and I stayed the first week of August on a full board basis in one of the two suites. What can I say, all fantastic, from the girl at the Reception Margherita who is always super kind and attentive to your every need, I think there are few people who love their work as you do. The delicious food, both fresh fish every day and meat dishes . Unfortunately, having problems with some foods I needed to ask for changes, the maitre Francesco was the top, he always satisfied me and found alternatives, even Jasmine who served us at the table is very nice and always smiling!
The cleanliness is impeccable, the hotel is located a stone's throw from the sea and the center of Milano Marittima and has various agreements for the beach. Thanks also to the owner Matteo, always present and kind.
The suite is very large, with a very comfortable mattress and also offers a beautiful sea view with terrace.
I believe it will become our reference hotel every time we want to get away from it all and relax by the sea.
We can't wait to be able to return!

Perfect holiday from all points of view. Excellent hotel, completely renovated, very clean, in a perfect location 50 meters from the sea and a short distance from the shops in the center. My 4th floor room, completely renovated, had a terrace with a spectacular sea view. New linens, as well as mattresses and pillows. Very functional bathroom with shower. Very good restaurant from breakfast to dinner with a wide variety of choice between meat, fish and vegetables. Very beautiful bathing establishments in agreement. Possibility of parking inside or along the neighboring streets. Super friendly and helpful staff and very efficient reception, in short, nothing to say except that I hope to return soon .... for the 5th year in a row 😊
