Room spacious, clean, and well equipped, with a nice view balcony. In a quiet neighborhood though a little bit far away from train station.

We had a very pleasant and quiet stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast was rich, fresh, and offered a great variety of options. The location is convenient, close to the city center and with easy access to public transportation. There was a small issue with the drainage, and the facilities and equipment could use a little refresh for an even more comfortable experience. Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely stay here again for the warm atmosphere and great service.

Fantastic choice by Trips.com. The affordability of the hotel and it's very high standard in everything are just too surreal. We have been in Italy for four days and this hotel was wildly beyond our expectations when compared with the others we had stayed at. The staff are above board and speak fluent English. Well done 👍

Our experience here was great. The breakfast was fair enough and fresh. The location is easy to get anywhere from. The staff were so friendly, polite, caring and helpful. The room was soundproof good enough. The airco was perfect and the bed was really comfortable. We will definitely go back there again.

The room we had was nice and clean. The employees were friendly and accomodating, knowing the area very well. That was likeable.
We kind of disliked the breakfast as it did not feel like 4-star-standard to be honest. However, one can recommend staying here for a couple of days - especially as it is quite central.

The hotel feels like it's from a different era, with outdated room decor, an old elevator, and everything not always functioning properly, including the air conditioning, which is quite inconvenient considering the local climate. The hotel manager is not very cooperative. The rooms lack glasses, wine glasses, cutlery, and a refrigerator. The breakfast is very good and costs 8 euros per person. The location is relatively good, close to the bus for the airport and about a 30-minute walk to the city center.

Before we arrived at Suite Hotel Elite we were sent numerous emails and messages from the hotel with a wealth of useful information which came in really handy. We returned details so the check-in was fast and straight forward. We arrived an hour early and the room was ready and waiting, thank you.
The room we had was really clean as was the beds and towels. Breakfast was a great set up with multiple hot and cold choices. All the staff were very polite and helped us throughout our stay. Even organized our taxi at 06-45 in the morning. We can really recommend a stay at this place.
