Check-in outside of the indicated hours is at a different (nearby) address; I recommend calling and that's it. The room had a towel rack that dries clothes and an electric kettle (both very useful). The best thing is the concierge! Thanks 😌

The hotel bathroom has an unbearable odor. Sewer gas permeates the entire room, making it unpleasant.

I really appreciated they had a drinking water machine, the room was clean, the bed was comfy, the staff was friendly and it was in a great location. If you are a light sleeper make sure you bring ear plugs because the doors are thin and you can hear people passing by.

The photos are extremely misleading. This place is an absolute dump and a major safety hazard. STAY FAR AWAY. I have a disabled mother and they put us in a room where the bed is on a loft with a narrow stairway leading up to it. I'm in good shape and even I was scared I'd injure myself going up and down it in the middle of the night to get to the bathroom downstairs. When they showed us the room and I said it is too unsafe for my mom and her health condition they wouldn't switch us into another room or even bring a rollaway bed so she could sleep safely on the lower level. They did nothing to help so we had to leave and find another hotel last minute which was extremely stressful and really put a damper on our vacation. To add injury to insult, they would not refund us even though we never stayed there citing Expedia's no cancellation policy. What they fail to recognize is the EXTREMELY unsafe conditions they put us in. SHAME ON THIS HOTEL AND SHAME ON YOU ******* FOR WORKING WITH THEM AND NOT TAKING OUR GRIEVANCE SERIOUSLY.

This place was a great place to stay! Center location in florence and room was quite cool. It had a loft where the bed was and the bathroom was on the first floor. There was air conditioning and room was cozy. Only downside would be if you have a hard time walking up stairs the stairs to the bed were very step going up.

Very nice staying in Florence! We stayed there 4 nights and it was perfect, the location is great, right next to the Accademia Gallery (only 3 minute on foot) and at 8 minutes on foot to the Duomo. The room was spacious and really nice, comfortable bed, you have a tv and air conditioning. The bathroom is a bit small but is definitely not the smallest. Very clean. You can also access the rooftop with a nice view to the duomo. On the way to the rooftop there is a common kitchen with everything you need. The stuff is so friendly and answer very quickly to any question.

Absolutely awful! No one here at check in, no information before hand about the fact the reception is only open from 8am-3pm?!? Even though the check in is from 3pm?!!
The photos listed are not of the rooms you actually get, and the ‘luxury’ rooftop is an absolute death trap!
To say it’s disorganised is the understatement of the century! It’s gross, there was even a dirty tissue left in a drawer 🤢 nothing works properly and good luck trying to get anyone to listen!
Also you can hear everything! Like EVERYTHING!!
I booked this place as I wanted to show my mum a lovely and comfortable place to relax in after exploring Florence and I’m so annoyed!! It’s the worst place I’ve stayed!
Last year I stayed in a hostel around the corner and that was a million times better than this dump!!
