We were very disappointed with our stay in this hotel. The rooms are very old fashioned, the furniture is very old and all the place needs renovation and big deep cleaning. I could not even believe that one of the walls next to the wardrobe was not painted properly. If you pay over 100 euro for a night you would expect at least clean walls. Also bathroom and shower was rather old and a little dirty. Breakfast was also rather disappointing. We were told to go to the bar next door where we could have only one crossaint, coffee and juice. But it was not fresh juice. We are definitely not coming back. The only highlight is location next to the beach and friendly reception ladies.

I had a wonderful, clean, and welcoming stay in an excellent location.
A few steps from the sea and the historic center.

My wife, daughter, and granddaughter stayed at this residence for 8 days.
It's located near the canal harbor, the city center, and the sea, and amenities include towel changes every two days and room cleaning.
The agreement with Cala Romeo beach is excellent.
However, there are some issues that prevent us from giving an overall rating of 3 to 4 stars.
The furnishings, appliances, and some finishes need updating (the mosquito nets don't close, the shutters are partly broken, the refrigerator is already past its prime, and the cabinets are missing shelves).
We had to purchase a pan, jars, and bowls because the tableware was a bit sparse.

I stayed at the Residence Riva Blu for two nights. The room was very spacious. The bed was comfortable, and I was greeted warmly.
The only downside was the bar across the street, which is a bit noisy on weekends, but since I was quite tired, I slept soundly.

Excellent location near the sea and the supermarket. I enjoyed the discounted breakfast.

Overall, a great stay. Thanks to all the staff.

VERY KIND and always AVAILABLE staff (GIULIA AND ANTONIO) Fantastic and comfortable the restaurant below (PECCATO DI GOLA), very normal prices ... very good price / quality ratio ...
