We chose this hotel on the recommendation of a friend and had a really great time. The room was beautiful, spacious, and clean. The towels were always clean and changed daily. We ate very well, and the service was excellent, even for our daughter, who is celiac. Our waiter, Alin, was very kind and friendly, and we thank him so much.
The children's area was well-equipped and the entertainment was great.
The only suggestions would be a slightly more varied appetizer buffet and, above all, the pool could be heated because it's very cold for children, especially small ones.
Excellent location, practically on the beach.

We stayed for a week.
Nice, clean hotel, very spacious sea-view room.
Good cleanliness.
The food leaves something to be desired.
The lunch and dinner buffets were very repetitive.
Except for the Romagna evening and the fish evening.
The food wasn't very tasty; for the price, I honestly expected something more.
The waiters were kind and professional.

I spent seventeen days, between the end of July and the beginning of August 2025, with my mother, who is in her nineties. We had a wonderful time! It's a shame there aren't any ramps suitable for those with a walker: there are some, but they're very steep, even for access to the seafront and therefore the beach. It was a bit tiring for my mother, but we managed. Another small flaw is the fact that it's a very popular hotel for families with small children, who, unfortunately, aren't always well-behaved. Almost every evening, parents let their little ones scream and run up and down the panoramic stairs in the dining room—since there's a playroom just for them downstairs—creating considerable disruption for those who lingered over dinner. This has nothing to do with the hotel, but it's very annoying, especially for older people.

We stayed at this hotel during our vacation, but unfortunately, the experience wasn't a positive one, especially considering the price we paid.
The hotel is decidedly old and in need of a complete renovation: it feels like we've been stuck in the '70s and '80s. Our room was tiny and uncomfortable, with poor soundproofing (we could hear every noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway).
The children's play area was a huge disappointment: dilapidated, with broken and dusty toys, and definitely not suitable for little ones. The restaurant was also disappointing: low-quality products, repetitive menus, and sub-brand drinks.
The pool, despite being supposedly a plus, was almost always in the shade and therefore freezing; it was, in fact, almost always empty.
The only real positive is the proximity to the beach, which is really easy to get to.
Overall, however, the value for money is terrible: we would have expected much more.

Staying between late July and early August, now our fourth time at the Napoleon... and we can't wait to return next time!
The location is incredibly convenient, just steps from the sea and the town center, the rooms are always clean and tidy, and the organization is impeccable.
The children have a blast with the activities and entertainment, so we parents can relax and enjoy our vacation too. Meals are always on time and of excellent quality, with a variety of truly delicious dishes.
But the real strength remains the staff: kindness, friendliness, and helpfulness are the hallmarks here. Everyone welcomes you with a smile and makes you feel part of the family.

We were in Cattolica last week with my two babies and my Brother. We had two rooms and we requested the same floor. The hotel is perfect for two babies under 3 years. Is very close to the beach. It has a fantastic baby sitter named Giada! She did every evening baby dance. thank you all you're Amazing ❤️

The structure is a little antiquated, but on the whole well kept. Would it be the orange color from the rooms. The waiters too pushy on the drink. Maitre d very good, as well as the food and the cleaning. Courteous all the staff

very nice hotel with kids area, spacious with many games. the staff was very friendly and helpful x every need. very good cuisine with buffet of vegetables and desserts. spacious rooms and everything very clean. the council really , I have 3 small children, I could not find better , all good..try it
