Wonderful experience. We found the Manila hotel on the ZAMPAVACANZA website for our puppy (30kg dog) for a total of 2 adults - 1 child - 1 pet. We immediately felt at home, welcomed by the kindness and helpfulness of Gloria and Dino. It is a small but comfortable hotel that offers you a lot, beach service (also for dogs), swimming pool and also the possibility of beach towels (not to be underestimated...

Friendly owners and staff, warm and very attentive to customer needs. They make you feel welcomed and pampered right away in a family atmosphere. This welcome is also reserved for 4-legged friends. Special praise goes to the kitchen, all really good, simple products cooked with passion. The structure is very well kept and the rooms well cleaned and cared for. We will definitely be back!

Very kind and friendly owner, clean and comfortable room, air conditioning and large balcony, very comfortable bed, bathroom with Romagna shower so no box or curtain but clean and with window so bright and ventilated. Breakfast needs to be improved because the cakes offered seem like "packaged foods" and the barley coffee-based cappuccino isn't the best... it's a shame, because being the only meal...

The tree is exactly as in the photo. The rooms are good, spacious with air conditioning and everything you need except shampoo and toothpaste. The rest remained a bit like the 90s, breakfast only sweet (good) but without alternatives for celiacs. For price and location, however, super approved.

Clean and tidy room. Varied and efficient kitchen service. Especially enjoyed the breakfast. Friendly and very helpful staff. The swimming pool is the strong point of the hotel with showers and towels provided by the hotel and the possibility of an excellent spritz, also convenient for walks on the beach. I stayed for a weekend in September. Excellent value for money. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. The rooms are a little dated but comfortable and well equipped, everything is spotless. I had internal parking, very convenient. The strong point is definitely the location. Bagno Anna is near the equipped beach and 10 minutes from the center of Pinarella. Possibility to rent bikes to reach the center...

Well-kept and well-serviced hotel, a stone's throw from the beach, nothing is missing, attentive, kind, helpful and prepared staff, they made us feel at ease from the moment we arrived, added value is the attention given to our celiac children, yes they are equipped and committed to satisfy them from breakfast to dinner! I only stayed in this hotel for a few days but I found it to be a really nice and welcoming hotel, the staff is wonderful, the rooms were clean, the cuisine was excellent, the buffet was rich and plentiful, the breakfast was varied, rich and fresh, all prepared with care and passion by a great chef....I will definitely be back for the summer holidays, see you soon and a hug to all the staff

Returned today after our stay at Levante. Small room for 3 adults but very clean, newly redone bathroom with a nice shower cubicle. Attentive and unobtrusive staff in the dining room. Acceptable cuisine such as breakfasts! Water and drinks or a choice of wine included in the cost are very welcome, as is the beach at the beautiful Bagno Anna 95. Recommended

Great location very close to the sea. Excellent restaurant service. Small but very liveable rooms only negative a fridge in the room would not have been bad. The fridge is present but too small. Children's play area a little small, maybe some more games for our children. I will definitely be back

Excellent location, within easy walking distance of any part of the city. Very friendly and welcoming staff. The bathroom in the room is quite small, but functional. Excellent hostel for a short stay, but I think it would become uncomfortable beyond three days due to the limited space in the room and bathroom. We found everything to be clean.

Small but very cozy, clean and tidy room. Too bad that breakfast is not included in the price and that as an extra it is a bit expensive. The location is very good. Dogs are allowed and the managers are very nice and helpful.

We simply had a good time, excellent hospitality, good breakfast .. paying only 5 € in the structure. I can only suggest that we improve the exterior of the structure, even if we come out of a bad time.

GREAT! Great hotel on a great location and superb service

I’ve stayed here ＞ 10 times, but this time we had a really bad experience when a member of staff made an incredibly mean, insulting and inappropriate comment about my body and literally nothing was done about it. Ruined my holiday completely. Also WiFi doesn’t work which is weird for a 5 star hotel. (Again, it hasn’t worked in years but because of how much we used to love it I didn’t mind).

Breakfast amazing especially the late morning chance to sleep and have breakfast until 11, which rarely happens in hotels. The buffet was well arranged and almost everything available sushi as well. Lovely fruits. Nice swimming pools. Nice sun beds. Couldn’t ask for more

I stayed with my partner and my two children in the past few days and we really enjoyed it! It is a classy and beautiful hotel, where you experience a particularly relaxing atmosphere .. the service is excellent as is the restaurant and the rooms and their excellent terraces! The location is perfect! We could not wish for anything better !!

Hotel of great level, both in services, in staff and in every other small detail that a 5-star hotel must have. My wife and I found hospitality, sobriety, and humanity, a mix not always present in high-level structures. I congratulate the owners and the staff, everything from the cleaning girls to the kind and competent restaurant guys.

We liked the place, staff, management and surroundings (pine trees). They prepared fantastic breakfast at 5am for Ironman race, which we very enjoyed and appreciated, thank you!

I stayed here for 5 nights and it was wonderful. The rooms are new, big, well equipped and super clean. The spa is wonderful with the nicest sauna I have ever used with a view over the tree line. The pool looks out on onto the sea. Staff are all incredibly friendly and welcoming. And the hotel provides bikes to go to town which is the easiest way to get around. 10/10 would recommend

We were dubious to book a just opened hotel but at the end we took the risk and I must say it paid off! The property is located in a very quiet street but just few meters from the locals strips and most glamour beaches. Rooms are equipped with diaper bins, cots or changing tables if you need them, so that's very helpful when you come with a baby. Friendly hotel in quiet and pleasant location.

We really liked this hotel. I was impressed by the nice selection of food for breakfast! Delicious! The whole hotel was very clean, rooms were nice, place is renovated and it's right by the beach. I'd definitely return. The only minus was that the parking spots at the hotel are very narrow and there is not a lot of parking space, so we rather parked on the public street parking (it's free).

I enjoyed staying at Isabella hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic with variety of food like, serial, eggs, cheeses, breads, pastry, yoghurt and nice coffee. The Hotel is close to the beach and the amenities. The room was clean and tidy but it was a bit small.

The hotel is close to the beach, the room's are clean, but a little bit smaller, and there is no AC. The people are very friendly and helpful.

Excellent hotel where you feel at home. The owner Nicolò is very nice always present at your every request as well as all the staff who are super young. The rooms are beautiful spacious and with a mega terrace overlooking the sea, the cleaning is not really the top, you can smell the detergents in the whole context. The very abundant fresh and varied breakfast buffet is accompanied by coffee, chocolate...

Friendly welcoming staff always available for anything. Excellent cleanliness, close to the beach and excellent location for a tobacconist, mini market, ice cream parlor, let's say it has everything you need nearby. The only flaw is the breakfast with little choice and the coffee from the machine is not drunk. All in all I recommend it.

We came as a family, and can highly recommend this hotel to people who love relaxed vacations at the Adriatic Sea. The staff was incredibly nice to all of us, from dog to kid, everyone felt so welcome. This house’s special: a continuous art exhibition of the Milan artist painter Emanuela Fabbri. The hotel is in back streets and is difficult to get to because of one way system. No on site parking but parking in the streets near by is free. Hotel staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome. The room and breakfast nothing special but ok. For the price €39 for the night you cant go wrong.
