After ten days spent in this structure with my family, I can say that I received an excellent service compatibly with the three stars of the Hotel. Very kind and young staff, room (at least ours) spacious and partially renovated with a comfortable terrace and double exposure, I found the bed particularly comfortable. A nice hotel with a good restaurant.

An excellent place in tt the senses, the owners attentive and friendly, the restaurant, I just say try x believe, never eaten so well. One flaw, they have to change the cleaning staff, however this other year, barring unforeseen events, I return ❤️

The hotel location and staff are exceptional. We had a little problem with the AC but the staff immediately went above and beyond to take care of the issue. Not only that, they waved the parking fees for the little inconvenience. We came here for the Ironman race and they accommodated us with early morning breakfast before the race.

Clean room and bathroom, great food, (my daughter is a cook and if she doesn't criticize her, there is a reason) and plenty of it ..... it's a pity that the holidays end. I arrived with my 8-year-old children. We had a great time. The room had a comfortable bed and a very spacious shower with LED lights. The pool was really well-kept and clean. The lifeguard was always busy cleaning. The dining room service was excellent, with friendly waiters and a delicious breakfast, even in the outdoor dining room. It was excellent for me and my children.

Perfect place to stay in Cervia — very spacious, clean, well equipped apartment - quiet area only 3 blocks from the beach. Friendly and helpful hotel staff. Free bikes (some with seats for toddlers) to use on the many bike paths in Cervia - making it super easy (5-10 min) and fun to get to the center.

I stayed at this residence for two days with my husband, and we found the staff to be polite, friendly and hospitable, as only Romagna people can. Everything is easy and pleasant - owners and staff are super kind and genuine, food is delicious, the pool is a gem, the sea is a quick stroll away. Highly recommend the "Ugo" aperitivo poolside before dinner (including the non-alcoholic version for kids!). If you look for a quiet spot to explore this part of Italy, this is it!

Excellent Staff with an above average stocked bar (for the price). The rooms are nice but the walls are a little thin. You can hear your neighbours. The bathroom is functional but not luxurious.
