Positive experience, all the friendliness of Romagna in a young and modern management, attentive to customer care in detail. Excellent cuisine, one step away from the beach. There are no spaces dedicated to children, but this certainly preserves their tranquility. We stayed a week with a baby and grandparents, we had a great time.

Nice room overall. Just got one with broken lock, so entry card wasnt working and couldnt lock myself from inside, but got a physical key to lock a room when leaving. Myself and wife stayed here for 1 week during the Ironman Italy event. It is superbly located for this. The staff were amazing and provided a breakfast on race day (5.30 am).

We stayed for two days for the kite festival, a family of four plus some friends. We had a renovated room on the fourth floor. The hotel and rooms are simple but comfortable. Three key features that make the difference for me: the excellent location near the beach, clean rooms, and the kindness and friendliness of the staff. I just stayed two nights at this property. Considering it's a B&B, I'm very satisfied. It's conveniently located in Pinarella, right in the center and just steps from the sea. The tree is exactly as in the photo. The rooms are good, spacious with air conditioning and everything you need except shampoo and toothpaste. The rest remained a bit like the 90s, breakfast only sweet (good) but without alternatives for celiacs. For price and location, however, super approved.

Returned today after our stay at Levante. Small room for 3 adults but very clean, newly redone bathroom with a nice shower cubicle. Attentive and unobtrusive staff in the dining room. Acceptable cuisine such as breakfasts! Water and drinks or a choice of wine included in the cost are very welcome, as is the beach at the beautiful Bagno Anna 95. Recommended

Great location very close to the sea. Excellent restaurant service. Small but very liveable rooms only negative a fridge in the room would not have been bad. The fridge is present but too small. Children's play area a little small, maybe some more games for our children. I will definitely be back
