Great location, room was clean, view from the balcony was great, and the breakfast was spectacular! I honestly have never had an included hotel breakfast so amazing. Group of twenty people. Stayed from September 14th to 27th, 2025, including spa treatments at the Cervia spa. Overall, we were satisfied. The quality/price ratio was good. Stefano Montanari's courtesy and efficiency were outstanding. He made us feel respected and pampered. All the dining room and floor staff were friendly. The beach was very large and well-maintained.

We stayed at this hotel for seven days in September and had a wonderful holiday. Our room was new and comfortable. They welcomed our little dog, and we always dined in the beautifully kept and welcoming outdoor area. Thanks to the friendly and competent managers and all the staff. We'll definitely be back!

The Hotel ABC had Excellent Service and the Food was great. It is very close to the beach. The town Cervia is a place for families with young children or for elderly people. Not so suitable for teenagers and young adults that are more after a night live.

The welcome and explanation at check-in were good. We had a problem with the bathroom, which was promptly resolved. The rooms are basic, but with details that could be improved.

This is the best hotel in Rimini. This might sound crazy, but we got paid to go there. When I went into my room a leprechaun greeted me, had me go down this trapdoor behind the shower, and I got a ton of gold coins! I had a number of Athletes taking part in the Ironman on both Saturday and Sunday. I found the hotel basic but comfortable and very well catered for the athletes. Bikes were allowed in the rooms, breakfast was made easily, the rooms are quite and location for the event village was perfect. The staff are superb and friendly and very willing to help. Good morning, we had a great time. The apartment was comfortable, well-maintained, and spacious, with everything you need for lunch or dinner without the usual hotel hours. The location is close to Cervia's public beach, surrounded by the greenery of the Cervia pine forest.

My husband and I stayed at this residence for ten days in August 2025 with our five-year-old grandson. We absolutely loved the apartment's amenities, its cleanliness, and its proximity to the sea. Perfect place to stay in Cervia — very spacious, clean, well equipped apartment - quiet area only 3 blocks from the beach. Friendly and helpful hotel staff. Free bikes (some with seats for toddlers) to use on the many bike paths in Cervia - making it super easy (5-10 min) and fun to get to the center.

The place is spotless, and the beds are made in the afternoon, too. The food is excellent, with a variety every day, and Raffaella's desserts are delicious... well done!
