1 Star is even too much – Absolutely unacceptable!

What kind of 4-star hotel doesn’t provide blankets?! I checked in after a long day expecting basic comfort, only to find a bare mattress. Went to reception and all they said was “No, nothing available.” This isn’t just poor service – it’s disgraceful. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being treated like a nuisance.

Breakfast was amazing.Staff was nice.Rooms were spacious but lacked decoration.The hotel was distant to the city center so I breaked a point for it.I recommend this hotel if you have a vehicle.

This is a clean, convenient place to stay right by the autostrada and we have stayed here several times. Each time we are greeted by friendly staff. The rooms are nice, very large, and always clean. They have a dedicated parking lot and a good restaurant is on the property as well.

The hotel is located near highways with spacious, clean, and quiet rooms. Various breakfast of pastries, cold cuts, fruits and some Western options like eggs. Friendly staff.

Comfortable room and very nice staff
Positive experience. Comfortable bed and quality bed linen. The real asset was the staff at the reception both the night porter (I arrived at 3:30 am) and the receptionist in the morning. Rapid check in, smiling faces and welcoming attitude. Clean and comfortable room.
Maybe the breakfast could be improved but overall it was a great stay.
