We stayed at this hotel for the first time during the August bank holiday. We stayed in the "newer" building in two connecting rooms. We had a very small bathroom (especially for connecting rooms). The shower was a bit cramped, and the hot water pressure was very low.
Aside from these small things (you get used to it after the first day), everything else deserves 10 stars!!!
The entire staff was extremely kind and eager to accommodate our every need.
Regarding the food, we always found a choice of meat and fish, as well as a wide selection of appetizers and desserts (we even had pizza two or three times).
Thanks to the all-inclusive package, we enjoyed unlimited drinks at the poolside bar (including slushes and ice cream).
The entertainment staff really stood out: they were all fantastic and always smiling. Mattia, the head entertainer, was superb! As do Joshua (whom I hope will achieve his dreams), Laura (a great table football player), and Stefania (always full of energy). But it's also fair to mention the girls at the mini club, who are always patient with the little ones.
If I may offer a few suggestions: to avoid lines at the bar, juices and soft drinks could also be self-service; aperitifs are too close to lunch or dinner times; lunch and dinner times should be extended (lunch is from 12:30 to 1:30 PM, while dinner is from 7:30 to 8:30 PM).

Then let's get started !! For us, this is the third consecutive year !! ROOM, universal, basic but always clean and tidy, but honestly I use the room to sleep and shower, so that's fine! FOOD, always very assorted and good (thanks to all the waitresses / the staff behind it). ANIMATION, changed from last year, but we immediately felt at home, thanks to all the guys, JESSICA, DAVIDE, LEO & LEO, MATTIA, AURORA, you are fantastic and I hope to meet again next year !! POOL, always clean and in order GREAT TOMMY, BAR, what can I say except thanks Beppe, Anna and Giada, you are wonderful, kind and a great team! RECEPTION, always kind and helpful !! So you don't change a winning team !! Guys we will all miss you, I hope summer 2022 arrives soon ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Staying in this hotel is like always finding a second family.

It is good, starting with the legendary Giuseppe, Anna and Tania who take excellent care of customers to an entertainment that always does its best to entertain not only children but also adults to make the holidays a moment of relaxation but also of particular fun.
