Resort was little outdated. Service was okay, breakfast pretty good. Gym was there but quite simple. Room We stayed was updated partly but bathroom was not. Swimming pool was smaller than We thought after seeing photos and also quite crowded.

Initially, I was skeptical when I booked the hotel online, as the photos did not accurately reflect the reality in person. However, upon checking in, I was genuinely impressed by the professionalism and engagement of the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The rooms were very clean and spacious, and the parking was ample and accommodating for all guests. Overall, this has been one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. One suggestion I would offer to management is to update the photos online, as they do not do justice to the quality and experience the hotel provides.

I stayed for 11nights. One of the Best Hotels i have ever been. Good service, rooms, food, friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend.

Friendly staff, clean and convenient to Imola. Would definitely return for a trip.

Air con did not work . Asked multiple times for it to be sorted . No one came . Barely slept due to the heat .

The hotel is in a convenient location and easy to find. It’s spotlessly clean and the staff are very welcoming. There is a choice of 3 pools which cater for everyone. There are ample sun loungers and parasols - no matter what time of day. We never had a problem finding a parking space as the hotel car park is huge. The only minus is the breakfast - it’s very basic and the staff were slow to replenish the food.

This hotel is lovely and deserves a higher rating on here! For the price, the hotel is clean, good amenities, good air conditioning, newly renovated rooms and a decent Italian breakfast. The staff are friendly, the location is great with lots around the local area and is conveniently next to the motorway with ample free parking. The swimming pools are great, two large pools and a childrens small pool with plenty of comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas. We would not hesitate to rebook!
