The best of our three week Italian trip. Should be allocated 4 star status. Beautiful room (Delizia), helpful and knowledgeable staff with great tips on restaurants and trips. Michele and Papà were kind, fun and efficient. Perfect location with private parking....super! So restful.....loved the super modern shower! A pleasure to visit.

Had a very nice stay at this bed and breakfast in the historic center of Ravenna. The manager and staff were very helpful throughout the entire visit and welcoming. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. Thanks!

I had only one regret, which was that I could only stay at Villa Noctis for one night. Michele was a wonderful, warm, and helpful host--the rooms were quiet, spacious, and comfortable, and his dining recommendations (at i Furfanti) could not have been a more satisfying choice.
If I return to Ravenna, and I hope to do so soon, I will certainly book my stay at Villa Noctis again.

This place is absolutely fantastic! The hotel is beautifully designed, very quiet and cozy. It is located in a quiet area of Ravenna but within minutes of the centre. It takes only 5 mins max to get to the shops and restaurants and 10-15mins for all of the archeological sites. The staff are extremely helpful and will guide you in the right direction. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Ravenna. I know I will be booking with them again when I return!

- Watch for not always expected extra charges - parking in the courtyard is extra, water that is served for breakfas without a request for it is also extra, so the extra charges can run up pretty fast.

Beautiful house, very kind hosts, perfect location within walking distance to all the main monuments, shopping area and all the lively and yummy restaurants of the city. Very beautiful modern bathroom and new comfortable bed in a suite that had all the charm of antique furniture. The internal parking is an incredible perk in Ravenna!

Villa Noctis - a must for a short stay in Ravenna
We chose to stay in Ravenna so that we could use it as a base prior to attending the Imola F1 Grand Prix. it was an excellent choice and the Villa Noctis was exceptional.

This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at....I was upgraded to a larger room and it was beautiful...the bed was so comfortable!!

Lovely staff in a lovely property. Our room was well appointed, and very comfortable. The location is excellent. It is on a quiet street that is miniutes from everything. When you arrive staff have a package of information ready about Ravenna as well as reataurant suggestions (with coupon).

This is a lovely little B&B in the quaint Village of Ravenna. The room was nice and clean with all the amenities that satisfied our needs. The staff is exceedingly kind and helpful, Michael picked us up the the Venice airport for a fee considerably less than the prices quoted from the transport firms in Venice. They made dinner reservations for us, and they offer some great wines at reasonable prices. Linda always went out of her way to help make us feel at home. Just a great place with a superb staff. If you're going to Ravenna, we recommend this property!
