Hotel Solemare in Milano Marittima

Great location. Nice breakfast. Wonderful staff.

We stayed here before a cruise leaving out of Ravenna port. It was very clean, quiet & modern. The staff welcomed us in immediately, when they realized we spoke English - they were able to communicate with us easily. They also went out of there and contacted a taxi to take us to the port. The breakfast in the morning had a lot of things to offer, not just continental. Lots of coffee & drink options, pastries, yogurt bar & eggs/bacon. The area is a short walk (2 min) to the beach, the walk along the beach is nice with a lot of beach clubs to visit. A quick walk around the neighbourhood had a lot of restaurants to choose from - however we did not realize a lot of them close between lunch/dinner or aren’t open at all until 6-7pm. Just something to keep in mind as it’s not our normal in Canada.
Overall- great hotel, lovely location & great staff.

We spent a week at the hotel and loved every minute of it. Even before we arrived, the communications with the hotel was flawless - timely and kind. Our group included 7 adults and 4 children - two of which were a year old. We had four hotel rooms.

Rooms:
Comfortable and clean. Large bed. Great pillows. Fridge and electric kettle included. No iron.

Restaurant / food and beverages:
Delicious and plenty. From a variety of breakfast items and fresh coffee, tasty lunch options, to yummy dinner offering - all was top notch and a la carte. All you can drink house wine - white and red :) minus - no pizza served. But, some of the best pasta I’ve ever had :)

Service:
All I can say is “wow”. Everyone was so friendly and forthcoming. Maia at the lobby bar was an incredible young woman who went out of her way to help us enjoy our stay. Thank you!

Kid-friendly:
The hotel restaurant prepared separate cooked veggies and home-made broth for the two one year olds in our group. They literally cooked them their own meals! Outside of the regular food serving hours! We appreciated this so much!

There is a whole playroom in the lobby area adjacent to the bar :) Get your glass of aperol spritz and relax while your kiddos play - it’s a win win!

Each night, in the Hotel Majestic next door (sister hotel), there was a dance party for the kids! Super fun! It’s an animator-led fun (think Macarena and musical chairs). One hour of that in the evening, and the kids sleep well into the morning 🥳

Beach:
I mean - it was incredible. Everyone had their own preassigned seats and umbrellas. There was a bar/restaurant on the beach serving yummy and refreshing drinks and food.

Overall - I wish we could go back next year! One of the better vacation stays we have ever had :)

Beautiful structure in Milano Marittima, large room with attention to detail. Excellent location, practically on the seafront, super breakfast! And seeing the sea from the terrace immediately makes you feel like a holiday...

We were very satisfied, it was quiet and nice with 2 boys aged 3 and 5. I would recommend it to everyone. Staff Ms. Ana and Maja were very friendly and patient and always willing to help, which gives them 5 stars 👋

Phenomenal! We stayed at this hotel for the first time and I must say that we are super satisfied. Very kind and always helpful staff and, importantly, always smiling and this is a plus, really good!!! Half board at the hotel next door with delicious, quality dishes! In the morning a splendid sweet and savory breakfast with a wide choice of cakes and croissants. I recommend the delicious cream one! Here too the staff were really kind and super helpful. On Easter morning for our children two splendid chocolate eggs. Well done Well done! Excellent cleaning!

The hotel in Cervia proved to be an excellent choice. The property offers spacious rooms and friendly staff who made our stay pleasant. The high quality cuisine added a delicious touch to the overall experience. Recommended for a relaxing holiday.

It is the second year that we return to Solemare. A certainty. Friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. We always take the family suite because it is very comfortable with two children. Very nice room, neat and clean. Very clean and well-equipped children's play area. The beach is attached to the hotel, very convenient. At the Peperittima beach club, the hotel's seaside area, you have a great time and the food is amazing. Well-finished dishes, which pay off both the palate and the sight. Only compliments for this wonderful place in Romagna that I love. A special thanks to Barbara, always available for our requests!

Fantastic hotel, with just friendly staff. The food was amazing, no restaurant can beat it. What a choice. You have your own table, where your drinks are already waiting for you. The rooms were beautiful and the bathroom was top notch!!

I spent a holiday in a very tastefully renovated hotel, the lobby, dining room and rooms are beautifully furnished The value for money is perfect The owning family knows their job, they are welcoming, smiling and their team is very professional. I am happy and satisfied with my stay and can't wait to go back
