The hotel was what I was looking for on my last night. Cheaper and easy access to the train station. Hotel room was basic, only had the older 2 pin charger. Toilet seat was broken. Not the end of the world.
HOWEVER... special mention to Fabio (and thats who im sure most of the reviews are directed at). His customer service was exceptional. He was kind and helpful and very welcoming.
What's more, he went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable at the bar to watch the F1 with a nice beer or 2.
At the bar I did find more of the modern chargers to actually charge my phone.

Very good location for parking and getting around. Friendly staff. Beds are comfy but room overall very outdated.

I would like to highlight the receptionist, Francesco. He was such a sweet man, went out of his way to make me feel welcomed and was so helpful! I loved that he had a very positive energy. Also, when I asked for hot water, he went the extra mile to wash my bottle for me before filling it with hot water. Thank you for treating your guests with such kindness and for making my stay a pleasant one.

It was great! Clean room and bathroom with a big and really confortable bed. The breakfast buffet while not huge had anything I wanted. The receptionists are helpfull funny, freandly and remember thair guests.

Perfect distance to Modena center and Ferrari museum. Room was good! Customer servicers are very friendly and i liked very much like how they helped me and gave good advises for a city vacation 😊

Was not what we were expecting. The room was small, bed was not comfortable, the flooring in our room was missing planks. Our room was on the front of the hotel, so our room was very loud with the road so close and the hospital across the street. The staff were wonderful and helpful. The breakfast was basic hotel spread. No AC and no screens on windows, so we had to choose between being hot, bugs and noise.

The customer service is excellent. Staff very helpful. Easy access by public transport right in front of the hotel to the centre and train station.If a walker, can walk to the centre
