Location is very good. Walking distance to railway station and old town. Hotel does not use its potential. Breakfast was very bad and service could be better. Rooms and lobby areas needs a big upgrade before hotel can reach 4 stars.

Staff was good. The room was very dusty especially in the closet and the hairdryer. The shelves inside the mirrored closet were dusty. The hairdryer filter was filled with dust that it wasn’t working until I removed the buildup from the filter then the hairdryer was working afterwards.

The rooms were nice but the bathroom needs updating. The air conditioning worked well but the bathroom could have been cleaner as there were some areas that clearly had mold in the shower. The staff were excellent and the included breakfast was very good with a large selection of hot and cold items. The location was also very good, just a 10 min walk from the main city centre with lots of restaurants and shops. There is no hotel parking. You can park overnight on the street from 7:00pm until 8:30am, however finding a spot was a challenge. There is a paid parking lot nearby but would not fit a larger multi-person van

The room was tidy and small, but perfect for our two night stay. The location was a short walk from the train station and another short walk to the downtown area and restaurants. The breakfast was very nice, but the coffee maker only made one coffee at a time, and one of the two machines were not working, this made for a long wait for coffee.

Lovely hotel with comfortable beds and great amenities. Clean. Convenient to train station. Excellent breakfast. Easy check in.

Don’t stay here. Service is inexcusable. Almost 30C and they don’t have air conditioning. We checked in and they said air co is working - came to our room. After dinner, they brought us a broken fan and said the air co os turned off for the whole hotel. This was their last fan they said. No apologies and only excuses.

I stayed for one night. It's a pretty nice hotel. We checked in a couple of hours early. The staff was friendly.
I booked a suite, and it had a bathtub! There were no issues with the water. The room and the hotel itself were clean.
The breakfast was okay – lots of different croissants, cookies, cold meats, and cheeses. Hot options included an omelet, sausage and bacon, and boiled eggs. That's all you need for a morning. The only thing was that the coffee machine wasn't working, but the staff poured cappuccino anyway :)
Parma is relatively small, so it's a 5-8-minute walk to the center, and the same to the train station.

Took a day trip to Parma from Florence and spent one night here. I made an error and booked the wrong night - a week out from the night I intended. Arrived at the hotel - a very short 5 minute walk from the train station - and explained situation to Andrea, who was at the front desk. He took care of me and my traveling companion and secured a room for each of us. He was so understanding and accommodating. Hotel is conveniently located to the train station (5 minute walk if that) and about 10 minutes from the city centre. Very clean and very updated, modern rooms at a fabulous price. Staff so helpful! Upon arriving back at the hotel after dinner, my friend realized he did not have his phone. Staff called the restaurant to confirm it was there and my friend was able to take taxi back to restaurant to retrieve it. Overall a GREAT experience, a great hotel and highly recommend.

Clean room but with no natural light. No mini bar. There was the cabinet for one but empty. To be fair I didn’t ask them to give me one. Nothing to make you feel welcomed in the room. No water. No toiletries in bathroom. No charm.
Carpets in my part of hotel were all stained.
Breakfast a disappointment. Terrible coffee!
Staff did what they had to do. Nothing more.
It gets 3 stars because of its location. Would not stay there again.
