Service is everything, and the team at Enjoy Garda are exceptional. Great location for touring about via train, bus or boat. Garden and pool a welcome oasis at the end of busy days. Breakfast delicious and welcoming team look after you, rooms immaculate - housekeeping do an incredible job. Ask the reception team for recommendations and you will find lots of great things to do.

We had a fantastic stay at the Enjoy Garda Hotel during an extended family visit this summer. The hotel is modern, spotless, and beautifully decorated, and the staff truly treats you like family. Each day, we looked forward to returning from exploring the region to relax in the lounge and enjoy dinner at the hotel in the evening. It’s wonderfully family-friendly and offers so much for everyone. We can’t wait to come back!

The hotel is really lovely and cosy. Staff was pleasant and chatty. Nice breakfast. Excellent location. The room was cold and dry aired with no proper winter covers on the bed which is a minus. Overall lovely stay.

To say our one week stay at the Lake Garda Bike Hotel was a 10/10 is an injustice to the Hotel and it’s wonderful owners and staff; this was a 20/10 experience. We took 6 separate bike tours, each was unique and presented us with diverse scenery and levels of exercise. Our bike guides were energetic, always considered safety and were very friendly and helpful. The hotel staff were collectively genuine, very friendly and always available and eager to help, whatever our needs. The meals were fabulous. We were presented with a broad variety of local meals, presented in gourmet style. The Head Chef and his staff always remembered our likes and seating preferences, and were absolutely charming. One or more of the Hotel owners is always around and very approachable to discuss anything. This Hotel is a family run business, and when your stay is up you won’t want to leave, you’ll want to be adopted. Also as extras, the owner provided all us cyclists with a winery tour and dinner, a boat ride around the Lake Garda walls, a cooking class, and a very special tortellini sampling experience at at local restaurant. Whether you are an avid cyclist or older like us and prefer e-bikes, there’s many cycling experience for everyone. We are looking forward to returning and trying more of the many cycling trips.

I booked this hotel based on the rave reviews it received. They were completely accurate, The hotel was wonderful, the staff were so helpful and friendly. The staff at the breakfast buffet was also fabulous, could not do enough for us. The room was bright and very comfortable. We booked a room overlooking the pool. The location could not have been better. A five minute walk to the train and five minutes walk to the town center which was great. Restaurants within walking distance. I left my hearing aids in the room, we got a call from the hotel an hour or so after we checked out. I was assisted by a staff member to go to What's app messenger and she directed me to a service that would provide delivery of my hearing aids. Such a great help and I greatly appreciated her. I got my hearing aid within a week. Such amazing customer service. I recommend this hotel very highly. Enjoy Garda too.

Truly a one of a kind hotel for cyclists. Every detail is thought out, from providing world class bikes (Pinarello Dogma) to thoughtful gear and breathtaking routes with experienced guides. Big thank you to Matteo and Fabiana for looking after John and I and providing us an unforgettable experience.

We made an 8 days bike trip, with several friends. The bike rides were fantastic, all the places were challenging and with incredible wiews. We rode fantastic 2025 Pinarello Dogma F bikes. The guides, mechanics, restaurant and front desk staff were friendly and supportive 100% of the time, making our stay at Garda a fantastic experience. We will be back!!

From walking in the Enjoy hotel is something special. The warm welcome and helpfulness of the reception team is exceptional. Their kindness, knowledge and experience meant every question was answered. The restaurant team were warm and efficient, especially Katrina who made every meal even more enjoyable with her warmth and cheerful character. The food was top quality and plentiful. If you returned a little late from a morning cycle the food was refreshed and ready for you. The evening menu changed each evening so there were plenty of dishes to choose from. The cycle team made sure the bicycles were ready each morning, the routes carefully chosen but adapted slightly if needed during the cycling. Matteo was just the best guide, cheerful and knowledgeable, he knew every twist and turn and the best ice cream shops. The hotel chef freshly made protein bars for taking with you which tasted great. A big plus was the facility that the hotel washed any cycling kit overnight for you in readiness for the next day. One evening we spent at a local winery, we had a talk from Francesca about the wine process, canapé in the garden and a fabulous meal of local dishes in the garden room. It was an evening spent chatting to other cyclists, making friends and comparing routes. Most enjoyable. We truly had a great holiday and hope to return next year. I would highly recommend this hotel especially if you are cycling.
