Not a friendly and inviting hotel,spa closed,wasp nest by pool side,not kids friendly or catered for.
We had to eat out 2 nights because food was not acceptable and closed on a Saturday night .
Less toiletries knowing you had 3 guest in a room but provided 1bath wash, why??
Wine selections not very good or nice

The front desk staff were less than sympathetic with the problems we had with their Wi-Fi service and refused to allow us to cancel our stay after less than 30 minutes on the property. (Internet access was why we planned to stay there). The hotel seems nice but the service we received was really terrible.

The rooms were spacious and the staff was excellent. The environment is beautiful and peaceful.

We, me, my gf and my parents, arrived at the resort in the evening because we were there for a family occasion, after a dinner at our uncle's house. We went straight to bed and I slept like a rock, while my gf complained because of the mattress. The rooms are simple but tidy, ours was a bit smaller than my parent's but had everything we needed. The day after we went to the city, about 7-8 minutes of car from the resort and came back to the resort's restaurant for launch. While the food was good my only complaint is about the times it took for some plates, even though there were a lot of customers. All in all a nice experience.

Restaurant on the outskirts of Pontremoli, elegant and well cared. The cuisine is classic and refers to local products, traditional but with something more refined. Wide wine list. The Location is beautiful, huge old structure nestled in the Castagneto. A huge outdoor area allows you to dine outdoors near the lawn. Professional and elegant service. It is the best organized restaurant in the area. There is the possibility of staying overnight in a few rooms or in the adjacent resort, with a small golf course. Prices in line with quality.

Our stay in Cà del Moro resort was very pleasant. We liked the location very much. Easy to find. The service was excellent, the best local foods! We liked the breakfast too. But in our room, niente wifi.
