Hotel Ariston in Porto Garibaldi

This is was the most horrible hotel and service I’ve ever seen. The picture that are online are decent, so we booked for three nights. When we arrived, the front desk staff was very rude from the beginning. He walked us to the room and here is started; the front door was that dirty that I didn’t know how to touch it to open, AC/balcony is all covered with the mold, the couch in the living space was worn out/ not suitable for using, the bedroom had one very tiny window covered with dirt that you couldn’t see through it, there were so many other disgusting details that I can write all day. We when back to the front desk in order to change or upgrade the room, but the guy was so mean and responded that all rooms are the same, and what else we expected to see. We mentioned that we would not be able to stay in a such room with mold, especially when I’m pregnant and have one year old with me. He was so frustrated and through our documents at us. To make story short, they didn’t not even agree to made fully refund. So disappointed! Don’t believe the pictures and descriptions, it was obviously made when the hotel was open many years ago and never was updated. Too bad I cannot upload pictures here.
