Palazzo Bezzi Hotel in Ravenna

Although it is not a big hotel , all staff is nice and helpful. Room is clean and housekeeping made up rooms twice a day. I was feeling that I was stay in a family’s house, feeling warm.

This is a small, quiet hotel very well-situated on the Via Roma. The staff are charming and responsive, no matter what the time of day. The rooms are immaculate and extremely quiet at the rear of the hotel. The bathrooms have the usual downsides of any hotel, with no shelf for creams and cosmetics and no rail under the sink for a towel. The shower was simple to use. The breakfasts were the best that I have ever had in Italy, every bit as good as in Germany! I would recommend it unreservedly.

Another stay at the Bezzi for a few nights Really nice room on the 4th floor; superbly helpful team on the front desk and in the restaurant; effortless stay; my rental car parked and returned efficiently; delicious white wine; good meeting space and delicious breakfasts - what more could I want! I have stayed at this hotel several times, and every single visit has been nothing short of exceptional. The level of service is consistently outstanding, and the hotel team is truly remarkable — professional, warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful: impeccably clean, elegant, and perfectly maintained at all times. The atmosphere is calm, refined, and welcoming, making every stay a pleasure from the moment you arrive. After many visits to Ravenna, I can confidently say that this is the best hotel in the city. It offers a rare combination of excellence, comfort, and true hospitality. This hotel feels like a home away from home, and it is always my first choice when I return to Ravenna.

Beautiful hotel, great location, incredibly helpful staff. Room was well appointed, immaculately clean, and comfortable. Garden room and roof deck are special places to relax.

A very nice hotel indeed; spotlessly clean and comfortable, very pleasant and helpful staff and a good and varied breakfast served each morning of our 2 night stay. We had one of the two rooms on the 5th floor and it was perfectly quiet and delightful.

This hotel is exceptional. We chose it because of the close proximity to the finish of the Ravenna Marathon, Half Marathon & 10k events which were on 9 Nov. It's convenient being about 7mins walk from everything! Our room was spotless, staff couldn't do more to assist in any way, all of them were engaging & friendly. Great selection of Italian specialities, breads, fruit, etc for breakfast. Provided brunch after the running events (no additional charge). Sauna & steam room available for private use, we enjoyed it 1 afternoon & it was so relaxing. Ravenna is well worth a visit, easy to get around & trains nearby if you fancy a trip to Florence, San Marino, etc. We can't wait for a return stay in the future.

This is an excellent hotel! The great service started even before we got there when the staff helped us arrange dinner and tour reservations and also warned us about potential travel disruptions. The hotel itself is comfortable and in the perfect location in the middle of the main sights. Our room was modern and understated but comfortable and very quiet. And the breakfast was excellent! Highly recommended.
