Good foe one night and the amount we paid. Rooms are decent and have free WiFi. You can park the car in front of your door. The only defect is that your door is right only the parking so if you are unlucky and have neighbours arriving in the night speaking loud you will hear everything.

The room was quite spacious, and the breakfast was plentiful, but the hygiene was poor. There was a large bug that I was afraid to swat at; it kept flying around the room and making a lot of noise. I was worried about being bitten or bumped into by it.

I had only one regret, which was that I could only stay at Villa Noctis for one night. Michele was a wonderful, warm, and helpful host--the rooms were quiet, spacious, and comfortable, and his dining recommendations (at i Furfanti) could not have been a more satisfying choice. If I return to Ravenna, and I hope to do so soon, I will certainly book my stay at Villa Noctis again.

This place is absolutely fantastic! The hotel is beautifully designed, very quiet and cozy. It is located in a quiet area of Ravenna but within minutes of the centre. It takes only 5 mins max to get to the shops and restaurants and 10-15mins for all of the archeological sites. The staff are extremely helpful and will guide you in the right direction. Beautiful house, very kind hosts, perfect location within walking distance to all the main monuments, shopping area and all the lively and yummy restaurants of the city. Delightful small hotel in the centre of Ravenna. We had an enormous suite, I think the only one. The building is listed and very old with very high ceilings. the public rooms are enormous and one has f19th century frescoes. Clean and run by friendly helpful staff. The breakfast is limited but adequate. The place is full of character and charm.

Nice hotel in the middle of Ravenna. We had a family room no 7 and there was plenty of space for 4 of us. Breakfast was yummy and plentiful. Lady was kind enough to give us some gluten free options for our daughter who is a celiac. The hotel also booked a taxi for us to Port Corsini and that was a smooth process. We really enjoyed our 1 night at the hotel.

As the city historical center is not far, around 15 minutes walk you can reach most of the attractions. Very friendly staff, however, once in the room it was hard to find outlets to charge devices and you could hear all about the other rooms noises.

Superb Hotel. Check in was quick and easy and the host was very friendly. We took lift up to second floor. Room was very clean and comfortable. Buffest breakfast was very good, the service was perfect and the coffee was excellent. The hotel is less than 5 minutes from the railway station and 7 or 8 minutes from tbe town centre. Its a simple hotel, a few minutes walking from the trainstation. The rooms are very basic but i excepted that, it was cold in the room but in the 5 places we stayed in Italy, only 1 was warm in november, so i think that's normal... Blankets, towels, floor, toilet, washing basin et cetera was all clean. Some dust on the radiator in the shower and the seams in the small shower cabin were not really clean...

Hotel was ok. Our room was in the basement: we would have appreciated knowing this before booking. First time sleeping in a basement hotel room. Wouldn’t return but ok for one night before our cruise. Walking distance from the train station with our small carryons (but wouldn’t walk with heavy luggage’s as sidewalks are bumpy).

Right from the beginning, staff by the name of Mayte was very warm and welcoming.whenever we asked for something extra she did it with a smiling face..
