I liked it so much that I will come back. The staff was attentive and kind. The room was very clean, with air conditioning, TV, slippers, toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc. The food in the restaurant was very good, but the prices were a bit high. However, I recommend this hotel.

A beautiful hotel in a convenient location with easy parking. Excellent quality of accommodations. The room is excellent, and both the lounge and common areas are well maintained. The only downside is the lack of disposable slippers, typical of a 4-star S... Aside from the details, I highly recommend it. 10 stars ++

The hotel is located on the outskirts of Ravenna, a 5-minute drive from the train station. It offers both covered and uncovered private parking, and a wellness center on the top floor. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The room was wonderful, with a minimalist yet effective style. The double bed was a single king-size mattress. The room also had bedside tables, a desk, a spacious wardrobe, a mini-fridge, and a TV. The bathroom was very clean, with a bathtub, and plenty of towels. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which included both fresh and packaged items, both sweet and savory. The prices, being a 4-star superior hotel, are a little high, but based on past experience, I'd say it's worth it. Definitely recommended.

The room was quite spacious, and the breakfast was plentiful, but the hygiene was poor. There was a large bug that I was afraid to swat at; it kept flying around the room and making a lot of noise. I was worried about being bitten or bumped into by it.

Large, modern hotel. Its location makes it easily accessible by car. Cities and other attractions can also be visited by car. There are several restaurants nearby. The beautiful town of Ravenna is 3 km away.

It was convenient, quiet, catolic church next to it. Superior bar service and good food overall.
Staff helpful at front desk also. Good shuttle service to cruiseport.

This place is amazing, fun, clean, central for walking, and a short walk to the train station. Definably doable for wheelchair accessible travelers or those traveling with a wheelchair accessible companion. Great area, safe for walking and central. Beautiful roof top lounge on promises.

Grand Hotel Mattei (Ravenna) was a great place to regroup and reset after 4 weeks of road travel and touring. Plenty of easy parking right outside, wow! The lifts were big and fast. Check-in quick. Rooms clean and comfortable. Bathroom and shower were a good size, with places to put makeup and hair stuff. Hanging places for towels and a shaving/makeup mirror (so many places don't have this, which is such a simple addition!) More lighting in the bathroom is always a good thing. The bed was very comfortable. The restaurant for dinner was fabulous, busy, but fast service.
Breakfast was fabulous.
Would have liked secured Wifi, or at least a message to say the Hotspot was secure.
All in all really great.

Nice hotel, excellent staff, good restaurant. Available to accommodate your requests (we were travelling with kids and we required an out-of-menu dish for them: no problem and served with a positive feeling to do something nice for the kids and not as a favour for the parents). Logistic base for Mirabilandia park, old western theme room. Kids enjoyed. Excellent breakfast!
