I really enjoy my time here, The room is clean and there is cleaning everyday. Breakfast was not a lot of choice but nice. And the service was great! :)

Mattress was old and bad conditions, room phone not functioning. After mentioned to the owner and give enough time to fix the problems He didn’t solve it. The problems still there when I came back at night. He is an arrogant owner that he couldn’t accept and focus to solve his hotel problem. After a long travel we deserved a good mattress to have a nice rest. -Room deco was out dated

My experience was overall a pleasant one. The location of the hotel is ideal as it is very close to the city market and the historical centre. The rooms had a nice smell of cleanliness and they were tidied every day. The staff was smiley, gentle and helpful and responded immediately to all our inquiries.
The open and strong Wi-Fi is another plus as we happen to travel for business.
Definitely a place to stay! It is recommended for all categories of visitors, either for business or pleasure!

Location of the hotel just fine, staff really great and helpful. Rooms smaller. Shower with a curtain that sticks to your back during taking shower. I really didn't expected that in hotel in 2022. Small rooms with noisy air conditioning, but ok. Toilet ventilation not working. Breakfast poor and you couldn't serve your self, but that was maybe due to covid restrictions.

The rooms are big and always clean. The stuff is one of the best; they are friendly and very helpful. I love the breakfast!

Nice hotel, freindly people. The garage is a bit tricky with the remote, and sometimes you cannot enter the hotel from the garage (which leads through the laundry room) because the door is locked. Very confisuing in the beginning. Good breakfast and big, clean rooms.

Fantastic all around hotel. The staff are friendly, inviting and helpful. From helping at the front desk to the superb service at breakfast, it's pretty much everything you need. The rooms are a decent size and provide everything you need. Great washroom with fantastic water pressure! If/when I return to Reggio, I'll be sure to stay here again!
