Palazzo is in an excellent location with car park within 100m by foot. You can walk within the old town for the landmarks and restaurants. Our suite is spacious with a small kitchen and a living area. Books and pictures inside the room add homely feel!! The front desk staff are very very helpful. The reception area is also tastefully designed and furnished. A very good choice for us indeed and we would recommend Palazzo to all our friends visiting Parma.

Best location in town overlooking square, cozy and old fashion. Next time we will try corner room close to battistero.

Everything was perfect. Very friendly/helpful. The suite was awesome, and the location is close to many shops and restaurants with all the historical architecture.

Great staff, great history connected with this property, large sprawling and well kept gardens. Very well maintained. You feel very special just driving in as the butler cones to greet you, take your luggage and takes your car and park it for you.

The room was clean and tidy. The front desk receptionist was very enthusiastic, helping to carry the luggage to the room, and patiently informed the breakfast time and the card swiping at the door. You need to swipe the card to enter and exit the hotel, which is very safe.

Amazing hotel. Amazing and helpful staff. Couldn't be nicer. Parma is a great compact city with lots to do and see. Spend the extra money and get the apartment! It's like being home. Immaculately clean and adorable. Can't wait to return!
