Palazzo Dalla Rosa Prati Apart-hotel

We arrived by car to this hotel late afternoon. I been told by the manager to live a car in front of the hotel, so he will park the vehicle himself later. I gave him a car key. Oh my God, IT WAS A MISTAKE TO TRUST THESE PEOPLE MY RENTAL MERCEDES S300! We got to our room and get unpacked, after that we have decided to go out for dinner. As we were coming out from the front entrance we sought that the female employee of the hotel got to the car, started the engine and started slowly driving forward, then all of a sudden stopped, put the vehicle on the reverse and started driving back very fast. As she was backing up very fast she didn't noticed another car parked behind and on the high speed she hit that parked vehicle! All of these were happening right in front of all of us! Then she realized what she done and moved the vehicle forward from another one. She came out, I asked her :"What are you doing?", her response were - "I didn't do anything!". I told her that she just hit our car and all of us sought it. She got totally defensive and keep saying that she didn't do anything. I took from her my car key and went straight to the manager. I explained to him the whole situation, but instead of being supportive he took his employee side. Later on he said that they have a cameras in front of the hotel and he will review it. After the review he finally admitted that his employee smashed our car and other vehicle. As an apology for the smashed car we got a free parking! How lucky we are! What a joke! AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COST!
